Went in to have a Lexus key fob programmed. They took care of it in 15 minutes, charged $50, which is better than $88 at the dealer. Very friendly staff.

Um, just didn't like the front parking as its hard to get in and out of. Overall, they saved me $ on a new key fob over the greedy Honda dealership. HIGHLY Recommended. Kudos

I lost my only car key and the dealership was my first go-to, thinking that they were the only ones that could give me a replacement. Of course, the dealership didn't have the right key in stock, so they would have to order it, and said it would take 3 days! No thanks. I called EG Lock & Safe out of curiosity and, lo and behold, they could fix me up the same day! I had AAA tow my car there, and they had me in and out in 30 minutes, plus gave me the transponder code to my keys for the future (which I doubt the dealership would do). Save your time and money and come here! Wonderfully friendly staff as well.

These guys are awesome. The lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and when I went to the shop I was treated quite well. Now to the tech aspect (which is important for this type of review) , the locksmith was right on. I had four different keys made and he got all of them perfect. One key was for a oddball lock and he matched it with a VOlvo Key, two keys were for my Home Depot Tool chest (Husky) and he nailed those. Another key was for my work cabinet (Hudson) and one key was for a kwikset and he nailed those as well!

Extremely helpful and friendly, they were able to make a copy of our Honda van key in less than 10-min. Since it was a basic key (no remote or transponder) the cost was half what other locations were charging. Staff was extremely knowledgeable as well, as they were able to easily answer other clients' questions. I would definitely recommend them.

This place is fantastic! The staff were very helpful. I own a Honda Pilot and my key became stripped and the shell covering broke. I called Honda to have it replaced but they wanted to charge me over $200 for 1 key. Completely ridiculous! I bought the fobb shell casing on Amazon for $8 came to E.G. Lock & Safe Co. to have them cut a key for me. Only $20! I was in-and-out in 10 minutes too. I highly recommend them!

The remote to my truck stopped working. Spoke to ford dealer, said I needed an appointment and it would cost almost 90 dollars to replace and program new remote. Called and spoke to the people at EG LOCK AND SAFE. They said they could help. Went by and they made me a key and programmed new remotes Without an appointment and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. The didn’t even charge for the reprogramming. The son of the owner assisted me. He was gracious, helpful and very professional. Great place to do business

If I could give it a negative five star I would. I had them drill my safe open so that I could get my $2500 wedding set out of it. when I went to pick it up there were no rings. The owner tried to claim there were three people standing there watching as they opened the safe and there was no way that anyone there had taken them. That I must have been mistaken about them being in the safe. You don't mistake where you put your wedding set when you take it off and put it in your safe for safe keeping until you lose enough weight to wear it again. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I was in a real bind: for whatever reason my husband and I lost two sets of vehicle keys within two months. I had to tow my car to their location to one car re-keyed since we were unable to find them. Nicole was super helpful and has excellent customer service!
