I had to get a few locks re-keyed and keys copied so I call around and this place not only had the best prices but their over the phone customer service is great. Gary was very helpful and super friendly the whole time. The in store service is also very good and didn't have to wait long for my locks to be returned to me. The other employees were also friendly and super fast with making the copies of my keys. As a walk in customer I highly recommend this place for their fast, friendly, and quality work. Another cool thing about this place is that they have a shaded car port so you never have to worry about your car getting super hot in the sun.

I was so blessed to go to this place. They will rekey things, they can also fix your car key. They were so great because they told me how to order a keypad for my car key and just have the key bought into them and they will reprogram it. By doing it this way I saved over $75. That was such a blessing I just want to thank them and from now on I will use this place for any of my car needs as far as keys or even for my house thank you and there are christian-based company awesome.

Be vigilant and assertive ladies because they may try to yank your chain under a mask of charm and cleverness, at least when it comes to car keys. I casually mentioned this shop to my mother and she says she had a similar experience with them years ago and never went back. For everything else they seem to know their stuff.

I go here and I need things done with my vehicles super good prices fast work and very knowledgeable. Ford dealership wanted 900 they did what I wanted for 300 for one job. And ford wanted $350 to re-key my tailgate and they did it for like 28 bucks. I definitely recommend. August 3 2019 I went there again today. They were great as always.

They never came and picked up the trash we were there for three days trash in a huge pile on the ground and the bathrooms are horrible I think they should pressure wash them or steam clean those bathrooms or just redoing. And the drains clogged up so you are in standing water

Went to Home Depot first. Couldn't find anyone to help and left after 20 minutes. Next I went to A A A Prompt Lock Key & Safe on Highland in SBD and 2 out of the 3 key copies they made didn't work. Sure, I could go back and play 'key roulette' again at no additional cost, but I have better things to do with my time. Went to Dibbs, and they have their act together: quick, friendly, and all the key copies worked.

Worst service EVER!!! I bought a car from an auction and had it towed here to get a key made since the auction did not have the key. I called and told them I was waiting on a ride to get key but was on my way. They said they would wait but didnt, which would have been fine if they would have rolled up the windows and locked the doors which they did not. When I arrived they were closed despite saying they'd wait. I called the off duty number repeatedly and told them my window was down and since the car was electronic they needed to bring the key to roll it up. I waited for hours for them to come secure my car calling back repeatedly until they stopped answering my calls. My car was ultimately broken into, the radio stolen and the kill switch activtaed. I had to then pay to have it towed to the dealer so they could reset the internal alarm. They acted as if it wasnt their fault and stated I wouldn't have to pay for the keys the service would be free of charge. Thanks it only cost me two tow trips and the dealers fee to have my car reset, and of course a new radio, wiring, and installation.

PLEASE ONLY USE THIS PLACE!!!I wanna say that Danny/Julio/Paul provide excellent customer service. I went in to replace my key fob and get a key cut with a previous car key bought. They worked wonders by using the chip from old broken key fob and put it into my new one.I provided the materials and they completed the work without charging me a riduculous amount like how the dealership would have just for "labor". THANKS GUYS you guys are the BEST!!!
