Russ is professional, courteous, and thoughtful. I've never needed to call a locksmith before, so I didn't know what to expect in terms of cost or service. I was pleasantly satisfied by the relatively affordable prices and the exceptional service offered by Russ. He went the extra mile during his visit to my home and exceeded my expectations of a locksmith--a great guy and an asset to the industry! As an aside, this dude doesn't look to be anywhere near his age, but I'll leave that for him to reveal should you feel the need to inquire. Amazing!

Our realtor, Jeffrey Smothers at Century 21, referred us to Crown Locksmith and gave us a flyer with a coupon. Russ, the owner, scheduled an appointment for us about a week out. He was delayed the morning of the appointment but communicated by phone with me. Once here, he rekeyed all four of our doors in a timely manner (about half an hour). He was patient while I tested all the keys on all the locks (took awhile as he made 6 keys total for us). He was friendly and professional and honored our coupon, and gave us an extra discount. I would call him again for any locksmith needs and highly recommend him.

We had just bought a new house and needed to get the locks re keyed, I called to get an appointment and he came out two hours later, it was awesome! We were a little overwhelmed because we had a ton of keys and we didn't know which key was for what, Russ came out and replaced and re keyed everything so we had one key for all the doors, made my life so much easier. We ended up needing 8 or more new locks, and he got it all done pretty quickly, he even fixed one of the door jams that was painted over for no fee. Highly recommend

I was a first time home buyer...New to the all of stress, chaos, and honey-do lists that come with such a venture. I was told the first thing I needed to do was get the locks changed. Oh great I thought, well here we go. I went with Crown Locksmith because of a similar great experience other folks were reporting. I am so glad I did. As soon as I called, I got an appointment lined up just when I wanted. It's almost as if they were saving that time for me and waiting for my call. They were honest with their super reasonable rates up front and did not hide anything. They were prompt and timely to the appointment we set. During the entire process they were patient, and did not mind that I was following them around like a 5 year old asking so many why this and why that questions. When I was missing a piece of hardware that the past home owner's didn't take care of, they gave me one of the spares they had in the truck for free. At the end of it all, this service gave me hope for how the rest of the home ownership would go and set the standard for everything else that, unfortunately, fell far short. 100% Satisfied Permanent Customer.

Let me first say I would have given u a solid 3 stars , the job was done , why not 5 , well you came with or called another company to help u , Page locksmith or something and wasn't a fan of him . Now why the one star ? Well you offered me a discount for a good yelp review , you were working in front doors of my business , as a business owner and yelp member I know that this is not only against their rules but also unethical. Now I wonder if All this 5 stars you have are written under same circumstances or if just made up . Didn't look at yelp before I called u , only called you because my regular locksmith was not available , if I would of checked I wouldn't of called you . Impossible to have only 5 star reviews , unless you're doing something shady like you did with me . It's very deceiving for all customers what you're doing

I've been using Russ and Crown Locksmith for the past year. What intrigued me was all the positive reviews that I read on both Google and Yelp. For the two occasions that Russ came to my rental property, he was on-time, fast and friendly. Today's appointment was no different. His rates are fair and the service is exceptional. He'll take all credit cards for payment and will send you a copy of your receipt via email. Just an outstanding experience. If you need a quality locksmith, save yourself the time and just call Russ. =)

Russ has come out and done work on my place on 2 separate occasions. Once to re-key my locks and then another time to replace a broken door knob and hardware set. Both times Russ was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently! He explained why the doors were having issues and when he got to a point where he could install the hardware one way or another, he showed me and let me choose what preference I wanted. It was a $45 service fee and then about $16 to re-key each lock (again each lock, so if a door has 2 locks, that ~$32 total). They do take credit cards and it was cheaper than other places I have seen. It's been a terrific experience both times with Russ & Crown Locksmith! 5 Stars both times and I will continue to recommend & use them!
