They sold me a key/key fob to my truck for $400 then three days later the key started falling apart every time I tried to start the truck. I taped it together and returned to the shop a week later. The guy tending the shop couldn't help resolve the issue and said I'd need to return when his son returned later the next week. I had to leave town and hadnt made it back to their shop until a month later. When I finally met with the son he refused to replace it since it no longer worked. ??? This place gets an F!

Needed help for my client in Las Vegas area, the tech went out and made him a new key for his 2012 ford f150. It was fast and professional and recommend to anyone who needs a car locksmith service to come out and make them a new key.

Brought in a couple blanks to have them cut because I was told that my make/model needed a specific blank that many places didn't carry. Got lectured about buying blanks on the internet. Charged $15 per key to have them cut. He spent maybe 30 seconds cutting the keys. Brought them back home and they don't work. After looking, they don't even really match the original. I would NOT recommend this place. Terrible service and will not get the job done.

This company is a ripoff the charged us $1017 to put in 2 deadbolts and make 5 keys. This was not after hour it was midday. They quoted a price of $275 but in the end it was inflated to $1017. Couldn't believe it!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Hi! I have used All City Lock and Safe multiple times. The first time I used All City Lock and Safe led me to use them again. Not only were they courteous and professional helping me get in to my car when I locked my self out before work. They were fast too. I got to work on time. I also them used the to cut duplicates of my keys as well. It is good knowing that I'm not paying for something that may or may not work.I would definitely use All City Lock and Safe again and recommend them to family and friends.

I paid $540.50 for two keys with remote for my Dodge Nitro 2007. Three months later one of the keys came to pieces so I started using the other key, two weeks later the remote stop working (to open and close the car with the remote) so I decided to go back to this store. Neither key had guarantee and they offered me no good solution. He wanted me to pay $270.00 more for replacing the keys. I'm very disappointed and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!

All City Locksmith is the best key copier in town. I was tired of going to my local Home Depot when I needed a copy of my key because after a month or so, the key would always break. I have been using my key from All City for months now and it is still in great condition. Everyone at the shop is extremely friendly and willing to help. A+ business.

I called to see if they could open my home safe since the key was lost. I tried to ignore the tone in the person's voice who answered the phone, but my first impression was that he felt I was a nuisance and wanted to be immediately off the phone. Perhaps he was very busy with people in the store, so I continued my inquiry. I asked how much it would be and he said he didn't know, that I would have to bring it in. The impatient tone continued, and I continued to try and give him the benefit of the doubt. I really wanted to get an idea of how much it was going to be, somewhere between $10 and $1000? I have no idea. So, I asked if he could give me a ball park, and I asked if it would be in the neighborhood of $1000. He told me that was ridiculous and didn't make any sense. Why would they charge $1000 when I could just go buy a new safe, in a very condescending tone. On the surface, I was perplexed by this question, because to me the statement didn't make sense. So, I brought up the idea that maybe there was something in the safe that would be very important to me, so I would be willing to pay $1000. Then, once again, in an extraordinarily condescending tone, he said they don't charge $1000. I hung up. I'm really happy for them that apparently business is so good, they don't need any more. I will not use this company.

Paid him Joey 600 yesterday to change cylinders of door in my store. Tells me smooth like butter and everything new. Now I can’t get in and still same problem. Called him and he told me to shake the door to open. If I paid you 600 I shouldn’t have to shake the stupid door. Should be smooth like butter like you said. Now he said he can’t make it here for another 30 mins. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. should have looked at his rating. It’s 2-5 stars.

I contacted City Locksmith as I urgently needed to change my locks after one of my keys went missing. The technician was a great guy, polite, professional, came out the same day, was on time and did the job efficiently. Gave me good advice and explained about the locks he was fitting... he even noticed my door was not screwed in properly so kindly fixed that for me as well. It was a pleasure to deal with him. Will definitely use him again the future if needed.

Worth Service Ever!! I work for Kabuki Japanese Restaurant in town square location and I personally called All city locksmith for repair on our front door. The owner came to do repair on our front door. The door seemed to be working but I found out that there was a metal piece sticking out the door was not properly repaired, so I called him right away to come back when he is free to fix the problem. However, he never came back since 5.11.2018. He was just keep saying he will be here, but never showed up. I called him last week as well and he told me that he will be here on last weekend, but did not show up. It's been about one and half month, and I can not wait anymore, so I called different company for repair that All city lock's did not repair properly. I attached the photo of metal piece sticking out and scratching the floor. The owner was giving me an attitude and very impolite. I regret so much for using this company and I really want to tell everyone not to use this company.

We've had at least 300 keys duplicated there over the past 3 years and have had only one not work in ask that time. We've had 20 keys duplicated at the big box store and had five fail. All City does a thorough job and is our go to guy!

Really nice store owner ! Best customer service. We look all over to copy a car key for an old car and fined this place on google. I'm so happy that I fined them and they charge me only $5 to make the key !! Thank you guys and keep the good work

This place charged me a ridiculous amount for my car keys (2008 civic). I brought in my own car key to get cut and reprogrammed (Mind you I had bought in my own new uncut car key!). The guy charged me $175 to program the key, $125 to cut it and $65 to put a new casing in for my old key along with a new metal part. The dealer would have only charged $73 for a new cut key and $130 to program. I was over charged by about $150 compared to the dealer. One would think they'd be cheaper! Not worth it, go to the dealer.

This company is a bate and switch. We closed escrow on our home and wanted the locks changed. Over the phone, Joe, said to rekey the six locks and be able to use the same key for all of them would be $30 a lock and $69 to come out. As soon as he came through the door it was immediate up-sale and double talk. He kept quoting $225 for this and $225 for that. We said no, that's not what we want, just do the three dead bolt locks instead. By the time he got through he had charged us over three times what he had originally quoted...with lots of little added fees. Go to Home Depot or Lowes, buy new locks and they will rekey all of them to match... at no extra charge. This company is a rip off!!
