Lifesaver! Professional, fair price, and quality service and work. I lost my keys at the airport on a recent trip and I didn't have a spare. I would have had to tow my car to a service center to get a replacement made, on top of the high replacement price and service charge to have the key made. These folks came right to my car within just a couple hours of my call and set me up with an electronic replacement and an analog spare in under an hour. I was able to greet the service professional at my car in front of my home and then continue working inside while he programmed my key. Super friendly and helpful, charged a fair price- much cheaper than the dealer, and great service. Highly recommend!

Amazing Customer Service!! I can't begin to explain how helpful their locksmiths are. We had a residential lock situation on a door that was high security/ "pick proof" and it only took him seconds to get us in the house. I went in during a fairly quiet time. I had a worn car key that only turned one direction. They made me a code cut key for $45 and I was out in about 20 minutes. They also lubed the keyslots on my door and ignition for good measure.

I wanted to like this place but as soon as I walking in man at front was very rude. I needed a key laser cut and they said 50. I politely declined and they said good luck. Car dealers do them for $10.

It's been awhile but when my 2nd and spare VOB broke (poor design on Honda's part) I looked around and took my chances with Keys Plus-midtown. It paid off. They replaced the entire unit and for much less than Honda.... MUCH much less. Thank you guys! It was 2013 and Vob is working to this day.

Extremely knowledgeable. Was able to rekey a lock from Quickset to Schlage. Also told me the best place to buy a lock that they did not carry and then they rekeyed that lock as well. Very friendly and helpful.
