We managed to lock ourselves out of a room that (as we discovered) we had no key for, late on a Sunday night. We called A-1 and they sent someone out within 30 minutes. The tech they sent out was very polite, professional, and he not only opened the door, but also made us a brand new key... all within about 15 minutes! Thank you A-1... Job well done! :)

They let me wait for an hour and told me that they will asses extra charge because I canceled their service which I didn't!! I ended up wasted my time and got better service from my auto insurance company..i don't strongly suggest don't use their service especially female driver at night time!!!
