I'd give 6 stars if I could. Razor Roadside was incredibly fast, friendly, and cheap. I called 365 Locksmith Service first and, after taking my info in a pretty robotic manner, they told me they'd call back. They called me 25 minutes later to tell me they wouldn't come to my area. Frustrated, I called Razor Roadside and spoke to a very friendly gentlemen who told me they'd be at my car in less than 15 minutes. They showed up in 13 minutes and had my keys out in just 1 minute after that. This is the type of company I want to give my business to; this is customer service done right.

These guys have come and saved me at least 5 times now . They're always there in 20 minutes or less, and with a great attitude. Steve is the man, he can get a car unlocked in a minute flat and he'll come help change a flat .

Locally owned and operated by hard-working small businessman Steve Schreiner, Razor Roadside is the easiest and most cost-effective experience I have had with ANY Roadside Assistance company! Three months ago I paid for the same Car-unlock service from an 800 number on Google and they charged over TWICE as much as Razor Roadside. Do yourself and your NWA community a favor, and remember this company next time you get in a pickle! They provide other great services such as helping to change tires if you have a flat, or refueling your vehicle if you run out of gas.

Steve tried to troubleshoot the issue my car was having over the phone. If I had known enough about cars I possibly could have fixed it myself. He then proceeded to offer a very fair price for his services at 8:45 PM on a Friday night. I'm writing this review while waiting for him. If he can't fix the issue my car is having I'm confident that it is not his fault, 5 stars for excellent customer service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Don't call anyone else!! Prices are great and timing is even better!! Steve has rescued me already a handful of times, he is fast, friendly and convenient. He shows up much faster than expected and he does the job great! I know I can trust his work is done right! I recommend him to anyone in a time of need. I have used razor roadside a total of 4 times now and each time they said they’d be there in 15 minuets and they were there in LESS then 15 minuets!! I personally have AAA and refuse to use them anymore because they made me wait on the side of the road for 6 hours twice. I LOVE razor roadside!! They are quick, professional, friendly and good at what they do. If there were 10 stars I’d give them 10. I HIGHLY recommend!! God bless

Mr Steve is a saint !! I had locked my keys in the car at McDonald’s with my 5 year old with me and only 20 dollars to my name. He took it upon himself to show up and unlock my car free of charge ! He was fast and very polite. Highly recommend!

Memorial Day we blew a tire on our 5th wheel camper on I 49. Called Super Steve for help and he arrived almost instantly. Knows exactly what to do and was lightening fast even in the scorching sun. Didn’t even want to charge me as thanks for being a vet. I know who I will call again. Thanks Super Steve!!
