I called this company for the first time after I got a flat tire on the freeway. I was terrified, but the gentleman was there in 15 minutes. He was fast, so polite, and made me feel more at ease. Price was great and waiting time was even better. The man even said they deliver gas , unlock children from vehicles, unlock houses and of course change tires. I will definitely be calling them again.

quoted approx $45 , driver tried it to charge $160 then dropped it to $65 spent 5 minutes there tried to use a tool to pull the keys out of the ignition...when that didn't work he used the tool to touch the unlock button(should have done that in the first place ). HE REEKED OF POT SMOKE...... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE......DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

OMG! I locked my keys inside my car for like the 10th time this month (seriously) I had gotten a hanger to try to fish my lock up while ouside my job. An just as I was about to give up this amazing man came up an asked if I needed help an to my great surprise her wrked for pop a lock!!!! :-) I was extremely excited. What usually takes me an hour or 2 to use a hanger took him less then a minute!!!!!! AGAIN THANK U POP A LOCK!!!!! I HAD NO IDEA THERE WAS ONE HERE!!!!!

Got locked out of my car somehow without my phone while grandson was buckled in car seat. Ms Erinn at The Little Gym called 911 and Pop A Lock showed up first. Then the firemen, then the police, while grandpa was on the way. Appreciate everyone's fantastic response. So very grateful for this company's help. I didn't get his name but he would not accept my offer to pay. He disappeared as fast as he appeared.

I mean, they got the job done, but the guy who came to help was definitely not a "nice," "professional," "fast," person. The guy didn't greet me or look at me as he rolled up an hour late to the Starbucks I worked at after I met him outside. I asked maybe 2 questions but learned to stop as each was answered coarsely and with an arrogant tone. I playfully asked about student discounts (just thinking I'd throw it out there and greatly doubting a locksmith company actually would give me one) and he made the first of MANY comments saying they were undercharging me because their Conway location wasn't responding to my call (not my fault, your employees, therefore your company's fault) and he had to ride down from Little Rock (not far). I did my best to be pleasant, feeling bad he had to drive down 30 min and offered him a free drink. He said he'd get one for his girlfriend who he then called and gave me the second-hand order. He made me walk it outside to him and when I handed it to him he was on the phone, took it without looking at or thanking me. But he had just enough time to get off the phone for a second, as I was walking away trying to be understanding that he was on the phone, busy, to tell me to "not forget about [Pop-a-Lock]." I won't. 2 Stars for the price because I hear $45 isn't bad for this sort of thing? Certainly not paying for quality service here.
