First time I called I was told a tech would call me with an ETA. After the tech called and we set a time I then received another call where the guy acted as if I hadn’t set a time with the tech. After waiting 45mins after the set appt time I called back where they then transferred the call and that person then hung up on me.

I would advise you not use this company, it took over an hour after calling twice. The guy showed up in an unmarked car without a company logo. The whole situation was just extremely sketchy!!
