Is 0 stars possible? It says they're open 24 hrs but they can't send someone to unlock a vehicle because the technician has to be back by 1pm. Thats very poor service in my opinion

Jeff was very courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. Arrived very quickly, much faster than I expected to be honest. He had me back in our vehicle in a flash. This guy worked for over half an hour in the hot July sun to open a frozen lock on a motorcycle gas tank. He was my absolute last chance to get it open before stripping the lock and buying a new mechanism. Not once did he complain about the work. When he finished, I bought several very reasonably priced spare keys he was able to mold. I would definitely use his business again.
