I took a key to be made and as I attempt to take the key off my ring the man that made them told me that's ok you don't have to take it off. Well I had another key on my ring.....so when I got home the key didn't fit my lock!! If he would have gave me a chance to take that key off my key ring maybe I wouldn't have to get another key made. All those men in there are sooooo RUDE RUDE & RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Only went in for key copies, but a couple were rather hard to find. It took nearly a half hour, but even though a couple key blanks had to be really modified to match, each one worked first time in their respective locks. I appreciated the extra time and work put in to give me what I needed. If I need keys or other locksmith work, Bill's will be my first contact.

They were polite enough, cost was appropriate, and they didn't wreck my house delivering and installing it. If it closes or changes significantly before I'm too old and decrepit or dead to care I will miss it.

I paid for a cab to my mechanic where my vehicle was located and after no one showed 15 minutes past the scheduled time I called and was informed my appointment didn't exist! As if that wasn't bad enough they acted like I was lying about making an appointment and didn't offer to make it right and I was out the price of a cab and have to wait another week now until I'm off work again. I tried to explain him what I wanted done to the vehicle he disagree that it was the key. when initially it was the key switch after I had someone else look at it they said it was a key switch as well the technician was extremely unprofessional and I will not be using their services ever again. I will never use these guys again! Prepaid and ordered two remotes. They didn't call and advise me they had showed up. Then when I arrived to pick them up they only had one. The order sheet showed two ordered. I said "Fine order another one." Then they advised me they charged me for only one. When it clearly showed they had ordered TWO! I refused to double pay and they just refunded my money. So still no keys! Moving on..... I wont be back. Honestly I don't think they care either.
