It's an ultimate downer when you realize that you locked the keys in your car. But Taylor answered the phone politely and only took a few minutes to show up. At 50 bucks minimum, I would prefer not to see Taylor again if you know what I mean :)

My car key would not turn in the keyhole, and the only option I could think of was to call a tow truck to take it to a mechanic. That would have cost around one hundred dollars, depending on the issue. Thankfully, someone referred me to Automotive Lock-Works who gave me some simple yet helpful advice, jimmy it a little and put some lubricant in there. It worked like a charm! The fix was easy and inexpensive. And while they didn't physically come to fix the lock, their customer service was unbeatable.

Friday night as my cousin and I were returning from Dickson St. to our motel in Eureka Springs we stopped at a convenience store to fuel up and while doing so my cousin manage to bend his key in the fuel lid, we managed to straighten it out but it was very sketchy in the ignition and we were afraid it was gonna break off. So we started making some calls and ended up getting a hold of Automtive Lock-Works. He was out grocery shopping and invited us to meet him at his home and he hand cut 2 keys for my cousins Suzuki and only charged him $10.00. So if anyone in is ever in the area highly recommend him. Just wanted to share this experience while down in Fayetteville for Bikes Blues and BBQ.

Taylor came out to my house in Prairie Grove about a month and a half ago to make me a duplicate key after I misplaced my original. He did it quickly and at a fair price while being super friendly the entire time. Then, today, I thought I was having problems with the duplicate while out running errands and he dropped everything he was doing to come to where I was and help me. Turned out it had nothing to do with the key, it was a loose connection under my hood but he was super helpful and did it all on his own time. Super great guy. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.
