I couldn’t imagine one of the most challenging days getting worse. It was the first time I locked the keys In my truck when I needed to pick up my daughter in about an hour. It was about to be the first time attempting to break the window when a gentleman asked if I was locked out. He gave me a business card for Rusk Lock and Key. It was late and I didn’t think this guy would even answer. Finally caught a break! Josh answered and said he would get to me in 10 minutes. He handed me my keys 16 minutes after our call ended. I can’t remember any company actually delivering on what they claim or promise the way Rusk Lock and Key did that evening. Professional, reliable, and absolutely an expert at service which he demonstrated. I could tell he had more than one plan if needed only acquired by experience and expertise. Thank you so much Sir! You made a real impact that evening.

Excellent service. Hands down one of the best companies I've dealt with. The reason why they have such great service is because the owner of the company is the operator. They are fully equipped to make any key. From semi trucks to wood chippers to lockbins to house lockouts to complete new keys. This is the man to see. Worth every penny.

Rusk Lock and Key was courteous and very professional. This business gives military discounts and their prices are excellent. Within an hour of calling, the owner sent someone to my house to rekey some locks and change 8 locks. They were efficient and quick. I highly recommend this business. It's nice also that the owner is a veteran since we're a military family. You won't be disappointed using Rusk Lock & Key. Few of my neighbors used them and they came highly recommended.
