I called this company - TWICE and both times the person was so darn rude on the phone, and she made me feel like my money wasn't worthy of this business. Well, too bad, better watch the film "Pretty Woman' learn a few things about personality does matter. I contacted someone who came out, they were busy but they gave me a time frame to meet them and they did this job in about 15 minutes. I was beyond happy with them. I will recommend the OTHER company but steer clear of this one if you don't like to be treated like poop!

He was friendly, got right to it and had me running in about a minute. This guy has the most amazing upbeat positive attitude, well dressed & groomed and big smile. He was ready to move on to the next job but politely spent a little time answering my questions. You rarely get service like this so I have to write this review. I always want to write a review when I get good service from anywhere but I usually don't take the time. Take the time folks. Good service should be recognized.

My husband locked my keys in my car, and after calling around and getting quotes we decided to go with pop-a-lock, not only because the name is Hilarious, but because they charged the most reasonable price. Raul showed up promptly, joked around with us while he fixed our mistake, did his job expertly and with an amazing attitude. he was very polite and had great manners (made me feel like i was in the South again) he ever reminded me that i should be able to submit the expense to my insurance as road side assistance. Embarrassingly I have to admit I've used Pop a Lock several times. Today I locked myself out of my business, but was fortunate enough to have my phone in hand to call these guys. My Technician "Raul", I believe was his name, was amazing. He was here promptly and gave me courtesy call on the way. He knew his stuff and had me in my door so fast. He was even polite enough to answer a couple questions on how to replace my lock to prevent this from happening again. I am a service technician myself, and fully understand what a quality technician is. He was great....just as Pop a Lock has always been to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Update; More than a year later they respond to my review way to be proactive....I called early in the morning with a question regarding services, because I had an immediate need which I wished to resolve within their business hours. A female staff member took down my information and assured me she'd call back with an ETA and details. I never got the call...I called back to let them know I was still waiting for information and the female staff member offered no apologies made no excuses she simply dismissed the fact that I was never called back. I'm not sure why they have five stars with an attitude like that. My service experience was less than one star. I understand being busy and making a mistake but at least own up to it apologize for it and then try to make up for it. For me Pop a Lock was a bust.
