Somehow my Infiniti managed to lock with the key fob inside the car. I tried everything to open it but was unsuccessful. I jumped on google and came across Pop-a-lock. 20 minutes after speaking with the tech he showed up. My car door was open in less than 5 minutes and he did it without putting a ding or scratch on my vehicle. To top it all he charged me half of what I've paid in the past! Definitely use this company.

Wow... I had heard scary stories about locksmith prices and even took the screws out of the security screen door to try to get back in. To make a long story short, I was in my bathrobe. A lady came to the door for something and as she started to walk away she fell. I jumped out to help and the security screen door slammed behind me. There I was in my bathrobe with my phone inside - I had no phone numbers. Neighbors tried to help with their phones and after a while one neighbor came along with my sister's number. She is the only other person with a key. Called and texted for hours. I finally relented to at least call a locksmith and get a price. I scrolled down below the paid ads in Google and called Pop-a-Lock. They had a reasonable price! He arrived 15 minutes later and popped that lock right open. so glad to be in the house. So thankful for my own phone and my clothes.

Pop a Lock was great. They explained the process of replacing a set of keys with a smart lock. They were fast, honest and kind. I had taken my deadbolt to Pinnacle locksmith and the gentleman was very hostile with my non- knowledge of the industry. Mendel was the guy who cam to my house and was perfect. My 1 and half year old son locked himself in our bedroom closet. I thought, ok, no big deal I've unlocked doors before or I'll just take the whole handle off, but when I realized I couldnt, I started panicking. I didn't know who to call and than started worrying how long he was going to be in there. I called a local locksmith and be told me it would be roughly 2 hrs before anyone got out there, he could tell I was upset and recommended pop a lock. I called them and within 10 min the nicest technician was at my door and got him out within 2 minutes. I can't remember his name but I can't thank him enough!!! Thank you pop a lock and a huge thanks to the fast and friendly technician that helped us!

I could not have asked for a better technician/locksmith than Mendel! After flying back from holiday break and discovering that I had forgotten my key, Mendel spent 2hours and 15minutes to make two keys for me. Due to issues with my Ford, he had to unplug the battery, check the theft antenna, remove the ignition, and he never gave up. He was determined to succeed and he did. Amazing service, couldn't have asked for anyone better!

CALL Pop-A-Lock BEFORE ANY OTHER COMPANY- trust me! If there were only more stars to give. Had my 2006 Toyota Prius taken care of. About half the hassle and half the price then the Toyota dealership and you do not have to get your car towed. Great experience and family owned. Came when they said they would within 30 min. Window. Do Not trust other locksmith of a $15 and "we will see" price. Oh yea- and try not to lose your keys

Deric of Pop-A-Lock was fantastic! I called him last week investigating getting a new remote for my car, as my old ones have kacked. He let me know that it would be about $125 for the remote and programming and If I decided to go ahead with it, he would need a couple of days to order it and get it in. From the get-go he was very cordial with no pressure, in person he was just as great! Came to my office and had the new remote programmed in less than five minutes! Given that the Dealership quoted over $400 it was a great deal from a great Guy! Highly Recommended!
