Ok so I was having a bad day to start with and to top it off my son locked my keys in the car parked in the handicap spot with out the plaque put up. I'm a caregiver and had one of my clients with me that has autism and cant handle being in the heat. To make a long story short after I called 5 different locksmiths each one an hour & 1/2 to 2 hours away I finally got a hold of Kristi. She was so helpful in understanding my situation she got Nathan out to help get us in and back on the road in like 20 minutes. He was such a gentleman and was so quick too. Thank you guys so much for just the thought and care you had to help get us back in the car. Y'all were defiantly a God send. I have already programmed their number in my phone for any and all my locksmith needs and I'm gonna refer everyone I know to them :)

Pop-A-Locks is a very fast and friendly service that comes out and can make a copy of your key to the original and they put it on a chain so that it doesn't get lost. They give a receipt of the payment in person and to your e-e-mail. This was how I feel about Pop-A-Lock when I had my 2000 Chevrolet Malibu that needed another key.

I'm so glad I called this place. Instantly, over the phone I was quoted for replacement keys and 1 spare. Great price. They had a tech out to me in 20 minutes. Mendel went above and beyond! While he was cutting and trying keys, my keys were found by my friend. I had him make me a spare while he was there with my original. He even gave me one of the already-cut keys that will just open my door(but not start the car). Perfect for future lock-outs. I paid under $200 and left with so many copies and spares of keys. I would recommend this company to EVERYONE! If I see strangers in the parking lot and they're in trouble, three words: Pop A Lock.

Just used Pop-A-Lock today and it was a nice experience. Greg came out and was able to program a new key to my new car that my one year old lost my keys to. He also quoted me a decent rate for programing me a remote to, said if I had any problems to let him know. When housesitting I locked myself out of the house with no cell phone in a strange neighborhood in the middle of the night in my pajamas. Luckily I was able to find a phone and pop-a-lock answered immediately and had someone out there within 30 minutes. He told me his name and confirmed his location and GPS eta. Once he arrived he confirmed we spoke on the phone, and was very courteous and professional. The house had special security features designed to prevent a break in but luckily with some work and talent he got me back inside. While it was a horrible situation to ever be in, I'm very thankful that pop-a-lock came to my rescue as quickly and efficiently as they did. Defintiely reccomend their services and will use them again if I'm ever unfortunately in a similar situation.
