I have an old Honda that needed the ignition fixed. Nate met me, fixed it in about 30 minutes. I also needed a new key I had cut, programmed and he did that no extra charge for me. It took him no time at all! Will definitely be using this company again in the future if I ever need to. The ignition was the cheapest quote I found, and the front desk service was helpful and kind. I had spoke with ACME locksmith prior & she was condescending and rude. If I could give more than 5 stars I would for this company & service!

Pop A Lock all day long the other companies quoted me $120 and up...and wanted four hundred when they got here. Pop a lock gave me a flat rate stuck to it and even removed the broken key from my car free of charge because he said he said he can get it out quick. One of the better overall experiences I have ever had. I lost each set of my car keys on separate occasions (Which I've already kicked myself in the head for) and was in need of a new key obviously. As most people would initially do, I called the dealership that sold me my vehicle and asked them what my options were. I was told that I ABSOLUTELY needed at least one key in order to activate another one. In my situation that meant I was basically required to purchase 2 keys, pay for the activation of each one, and pay to tow my vehicle to the dealership in order to make it all work. The cost for keys alone was well over $400 which seemed to be the going rate at several dealerships I contacted. I never would have even thought about using a locksmith to cut and replace a car key, until I kept seeing that option posted online. I called one locksmith company that quoted me (believe it or not) even higher price than the dealerships were. Finally, I contacted Pop-A-Lock and spoke with Deric who gave me excellent customer service and told me exactly what needed to be done and what it would cost. I was actually quite stunned when he gave me the price, I figured there were going to be a bunch of additional fees and charges similar to what everybody else was telling me. I actually had to stop the conversation and tell him that I didn't have another key and my car was not mobile, none of which posed a problem at all. He gave me a bottom line cost over the phone which I had no choice but to take it was a fraction of the cost that I had been hearing all day. The person that I worked with was Brian who was equally as impressive as Deric was. He called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way, got right to work on the key and let me know how long it would take. When it came down to pay I was still somewhat skeptical to see if it really was going to end up costing what I was quoted over the phone (I've dealt with a locksmith before and it was shady business), and sure enough everything matched up just as I was told. I would give this company a 10star review if I could. Excellent service from top to bottom I will recommend them to everybody I know. Unbeatable prices and amazing employees. I am more than satisfied with this company, and I'm thrilled to be driving my car around again! THANK YOU POP-A-LOCK!!

I was locked out of my apartment at 1 in the morning and Greg came out and opened the door in about 2 SEC!! He was a great guy and even offered to make me a key for a fair amount so I was able to get in and out the next day! I will never use another Locksmith and would recommend them to all friends and family!

Do not recommend only reason I'm giving 2 stars is your time quote was correct. Besides that my service was terrible. Guy got here about 30minutes from the call. Doesnt ring door bell or anything. I looked out my front window to see if anyone pulled up yet. He had already opened my door and was writing the receipt before I even was notified he was here. On top of that I waant quoted a price and I payed $75 just to get a lock popped? Little bit crazy ive had cheaper. Thanks for pooping in my weekend.

Tried calling multiple times to get a quote for a Ford Taurus key fob replacement. Guy named Eric quote us $125 for the key fob and programming, but stated that would not fix my issue as I had a different alarm system and I would need to take it to a dealership. Explained to him that without the key fob I would not be able to drive my car, because when I lost it is when my engine would not start up, even though I had the key. He kept arguing with me saying that he had been doing this for a long time and knew what he was talking about. Ended up going with a different locksmith who was super kind and got the job done in about 15 minutes when he arrived. Obviously these people do not know what they are talking about and I would never even consider them if I ever run into this issue again.

Locked out of an apartment and since it's a dead bolt it was a "difficult lock to pick" and therefore HAD to be cut. $189 is way too much to pay to get a door unlocked. We called someone else and they were able to pick the lock no problem. However, he did give us a ride to Danny's while we weighed our decisions.

Person came out in unmarked car no uniform charged 75.00 and scratched newly painted door with his tool. I estimated it at Maaco who had just painted it. 385. 00 to repaint door. I offered Pop a lock to settle out of court 30.00 to 385.00. They viewed car and paid 30 .00. I suggested person that did damage get wage garnishment for it then I paid 350.00 more for the door repaint. I was happy with supervision , not person that scratched car or dispatch that day as I stated wanted pro to get key of locked car so I would not damage the car .

Brian is the man! My key wouldn't go in my ignition, and I had about 2 hours until I worked, I was stressed to say the least. I finally got my key in the ignition, drove it to honda and got quoted 1500 to 3000, which I now know is ridiculous. Called Pop-A-Lock and Brian was here within 20. He gave me a quote of 265, and told me about 45 to an hour and a half. He was finished in 45, and my ignition is as good as new! Will definitely be referring everyone to you guys! I really appreciate the whole process and their professional demeanor. This company is a no frill no hassle company. Plus they perform charity work which is awesome, don't waste your money elsewhere.

What a wonderful company! From my first conversation with Paige, I liked the kindness and professionalism I was given. I have a friend who needed her home re-keyed, I called Pop-A-Lock because reviews where great. Brian met me at my friends home and did an outstanding job for us. He was so kind and sweet with us, my friend is aging and her memory gets a bit mixed up. My 3 year old son was with me and Brian was very kind to him as well. What really made my heart feel great is my friends house key is a Mickey Mouse key and Brian recut that key for her so she didn't have to lose her favorite key. I own a Saab, which is not the easiest car to work with. My keys were locked in my trunk and my alarm had been triggered so I couldn't use my trunk release. The guy stayed for at least 2 hours trying to pick my trunk to get it open. He had to leave and go get different tools and still came back to get into my car. Very hard worker.
