Really happy with the service and price from this company (Phoenix Locksmith Inc). Called them when I had a emergency and my front door lock was broken. I returned home from work early evening to unlock my door pulled the handle down to open and all that happened was a big cracking noise and then the handle didn't work at all. I looked on the web for local Phoenix Locksmiths and found Phoenix Locksmith Inc. Fantastic service opened my door and fitted a new lock in no time and was very polite and I also he had show covers to wear once inside the house and also hovered up any wood chippings from the carpet. small things mean a lot to me.

Phoenix Locksmith came out very quickly to fit a new lock to our door after my wife had his bag stolen on a night out which contained his front door key- but also our address on a letter!! Phoenix Locksmith advised on the types of lock available and made a recommendation. The work was quick and efficient, and he kindly fixed a problem we were having with door not been aligned correctly. We will certainly be in touch again for any lock changing needs! Lovely fast, friendly and efficient service, with the whole process taking less than 30 minutes and he arrived within an hour! Can't rate highly enough. Thanks again!

He verified my identification & address and then he quickly unlocked my door. I was very thankful since it was very cold & raining. The price was reasonable. "Eric came out to re-key a few of our locks. He was prompt, courteous, and finished the job! We had two knobs that weren't the best quality and he was able to replace them on the spot. When he was done, made sure to walk me thru how the new knobs worked and made sure the keys tested properly in all the knobs. Great work! "

They are a scam, one of many across the valley. They say they charge 15 service call and 35 an hour. Tech will come out and say oh no it’s maybe 125.00 or more to pick a simple pin lock. My buddy warned me about contacting them...if any locksmith gives you a service charge and an hourly rate call another that gives a flat rate and or range like 60-80 to get in.

This company is very unethical. I called an received a quote for the service and the work took less than 1 minute to do and then they told me an amount that was 3 times the quote. They made my wife feel uncomfortable throughout the job. This company will pull a bait and switch on you. Quote you one price and charge you something else that is a lot higher. I recommend not going through this company as they are very unethical and rip their customers off.
