Gave them a call to get key replacement for my motorcycle as their website states, the guy answered the phone I couldn't even finish getting the word motorcycle out of my mouth and he rudely stated we don't work on motorcycles, I explained to him well your website states you do, he rudely stated AGAIN we DO NOT WORK ON MOTORCYCLES, AND DISCONNETCED the line. Don't advertise a service if you don't offer it.

Honestly i wouldn’t even give them one star but i had to just to be able to leave a review. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company in my life. I was having my mail box lock changed and the technician that came out didn’t even have the right tools nor did he use the entire new lock he brought. He ended up using pieces from the old lock on the new one, so why did i pay for that? I also paid for him to unlock it which i didn’t need to considering the way he went about it i could have done it on my own. I went to call and complain and the person who was answering the phones and he hung up, went to call again and have been hung up multiple times over and over again. The worst company to work with, they say their professional but can’t even own up to their unprepared workers, who was needless to say a little to young for his job.

Being locked out of my home is a rare event. After calls to three other companies, I finally got Jamie from Millennium. He was immediately professional, courteous, and communicated an ETA. Jamie arrived when he said he would arrive, and he opened the door easily. Not only that, he advised me that many homeowner insurance policies will cover the cost of a locksmith if there is an unattended dog locked in the home!! My dog was happy to see me. I was very fortunate to have Jamie come and help us, and recommend this company and locksmith highly. Five stars isn’t enough!!!
