I locked my keys in the car about a half mile away from this businesses location. It took an hour to get to me and cost me $100, more than twice what services I've used elsewhere have cost me. The guy showed up in his personal car instead of a company vehicle which seemed unprofessional to me. Bright side is he was courteous enough and once he finally got there it took him 2 minutes to get the car open.

Completely outrageous prices. Was quoted at 60 to 80 dollars for a quickset lock. Technician arrives with little no proffesionalism and banged on my door twice it was open in 5 minutes. Impeccable time. Turns around and asks for $159 dollars made out to his personal name. Not the company?! I feel robbed and taken advantage of !!! Dont give quotes over the phone if it's up to the technicians on how much it's going to cost. If you're prepared to pay double the worth of a visit go for it. Never calling them ever again

Gave these guys a call for a quote, wouldn’t give me a quote or anything but insisted to get a tech out to me for a minimum $25 fee and they would see how much it would be.... when I let him know I needed a ball park number he began to insult me and say things like “okay yeah bud, I’ll be here when you need me”... for a “locally” owned business you would think they would me more appreciative and understanding..... so thanks “bud” but no thanks

Gosh these guys r good I was doing a show and locked the keys in the car when I was reaching for the albums I must have dropped them. I called a couple of places that said they were open I get some guy who doesn’t speak English and I couldn’t understand me. Finally I find locksmith plus and the guy was super nice explained everything and did a great job overall skip the hassle and use locksmith plus first

My car keys were gone, but it was no big deal to this guy, he made me a brand new key with the chip and the buttons and it works perfectly. They charged less than I thought, and I even got a call from the office to follow up with me after the work was done...if I ever have to call a locksmith for help again (and I hope that I don't!) I went to the store and came out realizing I locked my keys inside .. had to go back into the store to call around and get a locksmith to help me. I called a few places in town not wanting to wait too long in the heat and such. This company said the tech would call in 5 min and take a little while to get to me but should have it done in no time .. so the tech got there looked and gave me my final amount to pay and had me in my car in no time and was nice and friendly ..

The technition arrived 20 mins late. The tech himself did the job with well and quickly, but charged me $98, compared to the $60 I paid AAA to do the same thing and the same car. They refused to quote me over the phone so I felt forced to pay this inflated price when the job was completed.

First the guy was an hour and a half late. Then they charge a $30 service charge to assess what needs to be done and then charged $80 to unlock my car. That's double what I've paid before. The guy also came in a personal car with no company name just a shirt for AAA locksmith. Don't bother with these people. They wouldn't let me talk to a manager. They are up to no good.
