Don’t take their lies and fast availability over a longer wait for someone genuine who will do this work for less than half the price. Also apparently these people are unaware of social queues, when I repeatedly said I needed to be somewhere this man would not stop talking with me. It took over 20 minutes just to get a price on paper. I had places to be. I absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not call this place-they are scammers. They give you an estimate of under $100 on the phone and when the person arrives (Ethan) says he cannot tell you a price until after he unlocks the door. Basic lock took less than 5 minutes and gives us a bill for $244. We call manager to complain and he says too bad, you already paid. Ask to speak to owner and manager says the owner will not talk to us. We call them back on phone and ask them for a ROC number and they can't provide one. On top of all this, we don't even own the house (airbnb) and they did not call the owner to get permission to pick the lock. Also, Ethan told us the dispatcher that gave us the estimate should be fired for providing inaccurate information. We call the same place the next morning, different dispatcher, and get same estimate. Fraudulent business--stay far far away from them!!!

Outrageous pricing. After closing the trunk to my rental with the keys inside and discovering there was no external trunk release I had to call a locksmith. I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I had to take the first available locksmith. Unfortunately, Locksmith Guru was the first available. They took advantage of my emergency situation and charged me $280 for all of 5 minutes of "work." Yes, you read that correctly: two hundred and eighty dollars. That price was almost double the plane ticket itself. If I didn't have a friend with me who needed to get home that day I would have told these guys where to go. I guess I need to get in the locksmith business-from the time I called to the locksmith leaving took under an hour. That's $280/hour-never heard of something so ridiculous in my entire life. I would leave 0 stars if I could. In response to the owner's response, I did call their management. All they told me was that $280 was a fair price and that sometimes they charge even more - in excess of $300 for some cases. Wow!

UPDATE: Shortly after I got my car unlocked I noticed the young man (who was very adorable, attentive, and kind) who helped open it BENT MY DOOR. I’m very unhappy. It was early in the morning and i forgot my daughter socks in the house so I accidentally locked my keys in my car, I called Locksmith guru and they were quick to arrive and very helpful with opening my car. Embarrassingly, we got locked out of our house. Outrageous pricing. After closing the trunk to my rental with the keys inside and discovering there was no external trunk release I had to call a locksmith. I had a flight to catch in less than two hours, so I had to take the first available locksmith. Unfortunately, Locksmith Guru was the first available. They took advantage of my emergency situation and charged me $280 for all of 5 minutes of "work." Yes, you read that correctly: two hundred and eighty dollars. That price was almost double the plane ticket itself. If I didn't have a friend with me who needed to get home that day I would have told these guys where to go. I guess I need to get in the locksmith business-from the time I called to the locksmith leaving took under an hour. That's $280/hour-never heard of something so ridiculous in my entire life. I would leave 0 stars if I could. In response to the owner's response, I did call their management. All they told me was that $280 was a fair price and that sometimes they charge even more - in excess of $300 for some cases. Wow!
