Great people! I had issues with my 04 Honda Accord. Couldn't turn the key. I called Local Locksmith and Sharon was so great over the phone. He went above what I asked to do by cleaning all of my car locks, not just the one I locked my key in. Found the proper Lexus key profile from my poorly made copy and picked a very complicated 4 track lock very quickly while he was explaining how these locks work. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

This place is incredibly shady. Do NOT trust them to accurately quote a cost prior to a technician servicing your vehicle. I locked my keys in my car and was quoted $14 service call fee + $29 (starting price) for technician service. My final bill, after 10 min of work, was approx. $300. I understand $43 is a minimum price, but it was a really easy fix and the technician never discussed how much more the work would cost before I got my bill. The technician was completely unprofessional and rude. When I called later to discuss how unprofessional and overinflated the price was, the staff were all rude as well. No one can quote a price even if you give them location, make/model/year and security features of your car. The manager 'Tony' called me back and was belligerent and unhelpful. The only explanation I could get for how my price could go from $43 to $300 is that every car is different and that if you have an expensive car it costs more... Then he hung up on me when I requested a breakdown of the costs. Bottom line: this is a horrible company that I will be reporting to the BBB.

A few didn’t carry the key I needed, and one told me I was wasting his time by simply asking for his prices. I almost gave up and went to the dealer but made one last phone call to Local Locksmith. Sharon answered the phone and made me feel as if she cared about my car as much as I did. She gave me many options and was very helpful. Also came in the most reasonably priced. Steve arrived fairly quick and was fast. He explained so much about how our security and locking system works and recommended a home security system too. That kind of service is beyond prompt--it's more like immediate. She and Steve provided the service quickly and at the (super-low) previously-quoted price. No last-minute additions here! Next time we need a locksmith we won't call anyone else. You shouldn't either. They'll take care of you like they took care of us.

Even though I ended up finding my keys after calling them to get a replacement, I still went ahead and had them make me a new key due to their professionalism and willingness to go the extra step. Their prices are the best in town in my opinion because they will factory cut new keys, instead of trace cutting old keys like Walmart and most other places. They are knowledgeable and they care about you as a person, not just another customer. Local Locksmith is the way to go!

Steve did an incredible job helping us with an issue with a lock for the hood of our Jeep. The key for the lock still worked, but the lock no longer would disengage. My wife and I spent hours trying to find a way to get the lock to open or pull the lock apart, but it was located under the hood of the vehicle which would not open. Steve was able to get the hood open far enough to remove the disassemble the latch and get the hood open. He was incredibly resourceful, and thought outside of the box to get it taken care of for us.

I have 3 words to describe this business.....Above and Beyond!!! We were on our way out of town for a cruise and damaged the key fob to our van while trying to change the battery. I called 3 different lock smiths and no body would help. We were afraid our vacation would be ruined and we felt so hopeless and alone...until I discovered Local Locksmith in Queen Creek. Something about using a local locksmith in my own town gave me a little hope. So I reached out and spoke to Sharon and immediately I was treated like family. Her and Steve jumped into action researching hacks and troubleshooting over the phone. It was obvious they genuinely wanted to help and they were so concerned about getting us back on the road. When all troubleshooting failed they did everything possible to get us a new fob but they didn't have the fob we needed. They didn't stop there though....they just wouldn't give up! They were so worried about us getting overcharged by a different locksmith that they called other trusted locksmiths they knew, one after another, until they found someone who had the fob we needed at a great price and who was willing to drive out to us right then and there! WOW!!! I've been in customer service for 25 years and have never experienced this level of professionalism, empathy and compassion! The guy was out in 45 minutes and had us back on the road 15 minutes later! We was awesome too! My family and I are so grateful!!! Thanks guys! You saved our vacation!
