I had lost my mailbox key a day prior while expecting important documents in the mail I rang up JT's when another key company failed to show up on their appointment spoke with Jeremiah not even an hour later he dropped by and changed out my old lock and I was good to go! My wife and I just bought a new home in Maricopa and found ourselves locked out. Not knowing the community, we found JT's services online and called him. He indicated he was in the area and would be at our home in 5 minutes. He showed up in the time as promised. In addition to unlocking our home, he rekeyed all of our locks with the same key for a great price. Jeremiah does great service and is as genuine a person as you will ever meet. A++++++++ service. And, the lock mechanism was repaired expeditiously in a creative, effective, and economical manner. This marks the second time we have used JT's services; the first was in early 2013, when JT re-keyed all the door locks in our newly acquired house. 3 words adequately describe my experience with JT's Key and Lock. Courteous, Prompt, and Professional. My mailbox lock broke and they were able to come out the next morning to take care of it. Their charge was less than several other local locksmiths in the Casa Grande area and there was no fee for them to show up. Jeremiah was great to work with and explained everything he did. We had JT's Keys & Locks come out and re-key our house after me and my wife purchased it, and they did an outstanding job. Before they started, some of the deadbolts would not lock at all. I had lost my only key to open our single car garage door that had no other access. After calling several locksmiths serving Maricopa and even a garage door company, I was told they didn't service the T-handle locks or I would need to replace the entire door locking mechanism for over $200. When I called JT's Keys and Locks, the owner said he could be here within an hour and he was. Since I had keys for the T-handle lock for the 2-car garage door that was not used because of the automatic opener, the owner said he could pick the lock on the 1-car garage and replace it with the T-handle that was not used from the 2-car garage for which I had the original new keys. He completed the job promptly and charged only a fraction of what the garage door company wanted, which was a savings to me. I recommend JT's Keys & Locks without reservation.

I was in a pickle and JT's went above and beyond to help me and my clients. I'm a Realtor and had a home close in Maricopa through Offerpad. Offerpad has someone come out to change their lock off of the home. The problem is, they give a window of 3-5 business days. My clients weren't occupying the house yet so there was no way for me to know "when" the key would be changed and I needed to ensure the house was secured for my clients. To make the situation tougher, I live in the SE Valley so just popping by to check out the house is a 2 hour round trip drive. After lots of pestering, Offerpad finally called their locksmith and told us they would be out on Dec 24th to change the lock but wouldn't give me a time, nor contact me when it was done. JT's went out and checked the house for me, more than once, including at the end of the day on Christmas Eve!! The lock was not changed on Christmas eve as we were told, so JT's went out again after Christmas to check on the house. Long story shortened, they not only saved me a ton of worrying about my clients home, but they also saved me HOURS of driving back and forth to check on their home. To top it off, they didn't charge me extra for all of their trips!! Their price was beyond reasonable. Thank you so much for your professionalism. understanding of my concerns and communication. A friend referred me to you and I am so glad they did. Can I give 10 stars??

Awesome people and great service!!!! I lost my car keys at work and didn’t have a spare, and my luck my key had a chip in it. I called around a few places in town, and couldn’t believe how much it was going to cost and that it would take over a week to do it. This company doesn’t know what it’s done for me... I’d say saved my life but that would be a little dramatic, but it totally explains my feelings. I called a couple companies who Charged over what was reasonable. Then I found them and I’m so greatful. First off the lovely woman ,and I hate I can’t remember her name was so kind understanding she got a tech out literally within 6 mins, 6 minutes I kid you not. And when he got here he was also just as kind even working with me on the tax I’m in a it of a hard place in my life so this was truly an unexpected kindness.
