Purchased a lease return, and of course, the dealer withholds one push-button start key fob, but will "provide" a second one for $300, and then I will need to pay someone to program it. The dealer charges at least that much, or more. Terry located, ordered, and provided the replacement key fob, drove to my residence, and programmed it. Service was prompt, on time, and much more reasonable than what the dealers want to charge.

I called and within 25 minutes Michael showed. Very pleasant and went to work. I had accidentally locked my brothers van and needed it opened! It's an older model so it was a challenge. so I lost my key fob and searched for hours looking for it afraid to pay for the high price of getting a new fob and it programmed, called every local locksmith and this one had the best final price (others will give a "idk untill we come look at it" and squeeze out as much money as they can). We bought a car with 1 Key and Key fob. Had 2 quote of $110.00 to cut and program hut wanted me to come to his house and that threw a red Flag right there. Prompt with Great Prices! More importantly, a locksmith with integrity. I highly recommend Terry at Agent Lock and Key. He came out and tried several things to get me a transponder ignition key made. Turns out, my vehicle is not made from all original body parts so he couldn't get the right info off the body. He referred me to someone better geared for that type of job and refused to accept any money from me even though he came out and spent over an hour on the job and left me keys for door and tailgate. He will be my "Go To" locksmith from here out.

Right after Christmas and my car keys are nowhere to be found and of course I don’t have a copy anywhere. I had an appointment with my mechanic that day to get some work done on the car that was urgent before work started again and was desperate! Had Terry recommended to me by another locksmith I called but he only did homes and after I called one other one, he was the best priced AND he said he could be there as soon as possible! he got here within fifteen minutes, and had the car opened and a set of duplicate keys within another 15 minutes. I only wish I hadn’t wasted more of that morning stressing out still trying to find my keys and calling other places! Should have just called Terry from the beginning.
