Someone referred me to Advanced Lock & Safe after my house was robbed and the locksmith I called first said I needed a new door. The locksmith, Vic Salizard, from Advanced Lock & Safe arrived quickly, I think it was less than 20 minutes after I called him, and this was at 11:00 at night too! He was very fast and obviously a professional as the repairs to my door frame and lock were amazing. He also took the time to educate me on security issues relevant to my area, and gave me tips on what to do to better secure my home. Before leaving he also gave me a written estimate for an alarm system and cameras. I highly recommend Advanced Lock & Safe of Bullhead City, AZ. Thank you Vic!

I called this company needing service as soon as possible. The response was great! They arrived by the time stated to re-key the 4 locks on 2 doors and 3 keys. I was given a very reasonable price. During the process there was a difficulty because the lock mechanism on the inner door knob had been installed incorrectly. The person had to spend additional time fixing that lock. Surprisingly I was not charged an additional fee! I was still charged the initial price. Wow! Finding efficient, reliable and reasonably priced people is difficult in this area. In future I will call this company for any service I need that they provide.

He sits and argues with people on Facebook referring to them as idiots and that he will sue you if you are not as supporter of his business. I called him for his services, he came out worked on my door lock for over an hour, then insisted he needed a part, that he'd return within a half hour. Not only did he never return, but within 2 weeks my house was robbed, and all of my locks were drilled out of my safes. DO NOT TRUST ADVANCED LOCK AND SAFE, HE'S ONLY ADVANCED IN ROBBING YOU AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT SEEING HE WORKED IN LAW ENFORCEMENT, I'M SURE JUST SO HE COULD COVER HIS TRACKS! DON'T RISK LOSING EVERYTHING OVER CHEAP RATES. HE'S CHEAP BECAUSE HE CAN COME BACK FOR HIS COMPENSATION

Professional and skilled. I have been getting duplicate keys from 'big box' stores since 18...and never once have I gotten home and had them all work perfectly. I guess this is why you have an actual locksmith make them rather than the minimum wager (no disrespect intended to them though). I can happily say that of the 8 or 9 keys I got duplicates of (3 each) every single one of them worked PERFECTLY (so 24-27 keys). Prices were lower than I've ever paid as well - at the time of this writing the price was $1.50 per 'side' of key (some were 3 because of double sided cuts needed). I highly recommend. Thanks.
