AMAZING! the staff have been so helpful and supportive. We had an unnamed company take my moms keys stollen from her. Advance was able to come out and redo the locks and reprogram her car. 4 days later who ever has her keys tried to come steal her car. And trashed it when they realized it had been rekeyed and reprogramed. Advance came back out and put her ignition back together, and made her car lockable again. Will recommend them to everyone, and will always be this familys first choice.

Very rude. Refused to rekey a door lock and would not tell me why. They said they could do it on the phone the day before. Made the drive through traffic to get there only to be refused service. Wouldn’t even tell me why. He kept saying “I will not help you.” I asked why but he said “I don’t have to tell you. I will not help you.”

I am a single mom of 3 young children. I called this company over the weekend. First they quoted me 45 minutes which was okay at the moment. I called them back 53 minutes from my first call and was told the tech was 15 minutes out...20 minutes later I call back. Was told he was 2 minutes out. Spoke to the gentleman for over 2 minutes and still did not see my tech drive by or come near my property. I asked the tech to call me directly. He did. The tech was awesome. Very polite towards me however I was pissed to find out he was given my address but in Surprise not GLENDALE!! By now it is near 4pm. I called them at 2:43. He finally got to my home around 4:30. REMEMBER I AM LOCKED OUT OF MY HOME WITH 3 YOUNG CHILDREN NO FOOD NO WATER AND YES EVERYONE I SPOKE TO KNEW THIS!!! He worked on 2 doors until 6pm and still could not pick my locks. He was not equipped with a drill... eventhough it was his idea to drill thru the lock. I saw my neighbor finally come home...so I went over there and with their help we were able to resolve the issue. This company in my opinion is not staffed accordingly to handle the locksmith business. I don't know whose fault it was giving the tech the wrong address either Debbie in the office/the dispatcher or the tech who inputed in incorrectly in his GPS. Either was this is unacceptable. After it was all said and done I asked for a managers call back first thing Monday. Well today is Monday and can not get either Eric or Patrick on the phone. I have recently learned they are the owners??? Really? Owners and they allow this time of behavior. I shouldn't be surprised though. They cant even call me back or even take my call. That night I had 3 sunburnt heat exhausted children. None ate a decent dinner. One was so exhausted and tired he wasn't fully making sense. Yes I did bring this up to our family physician and they gave me at home things to do. I will close in this, there has been one person through all of this that has been professional and polite. Liz in the office has been awesome. She has better customer service skills than anyone thus far. Thank you Liz!!!

I had the Good Fortune of choosing this business off my web search and was delighted with the outcomes. The technician that did our work was very professional very patient and very knowledgeable. The lock was unusual and difficult yes he stayed with the job until the end and even had a lock to replace the one that had to be drilled out. I couldn't be more pleased with a service and with the price. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitstion. I also really liked that the service representative let me know he would need proof via a rental contract that we were renters there. Honesty and integrity , rare in this day.
