Erv came out and changed the locks on the front and garage doors. He called before he came out and I also received a text that allowed me to see where he was and when he would arrive. I had to run out for about 20 min, so that feature was very helpful. He changed out 5 padlocks and had 5 that were all keyed the same. Went to ACME on a Monday and I was truly impressed with their overall business efficiency!..I spent over 4 hours over the weekend visiting several stores trying to get copies of keys made that belong to a classic car, a 1965 Convertible Mustang. None of the big stores, Home Depot, Lowe's, ACE Hardware, could make duplicates based on the type of original keys. I got a couple made and hung around to watch their informational videos. Brian was very polite and professional that day and even though he was busy he still manage to answer any question I asked! However I managed to loose my key that I had him make! In a panic I got ahold of him to explain what happened and to see if they could help me out with getting in to my home. Long story short he saved me over $80 just by having my boyfriend (who's currently in Tuscon) send him a picture of my original key! IM 100% blown away. Brian and the Acme crew are truly amazing and obviously know what they're doing! If I could give more stars I would! Thanks Brian and acme!

I ordered a safe through Acme, and received moderate service. They were always eager to help me and answer my questions when i called. But that was the thing, i always had to call them and rarely received a phone call back. Very frustrating, even on the day my safe was supposed to be there, no communication until i called them. They did get me a great price on my safe though.
