My "gun safe" would not open, set an appointment with ACME . They sent an advance text, just like they said they would. "Big Mike" arrived, diagnosed the problem (bad keypad); Mike had a replacement keypad with him, replaced the keypad, -safe as good as new. Excellent planning , service, knowledgeable, and, Big Mike is a really nice personable, polite, respectful guy-glad he was the service guy and he can be in my gone anytime! I had 5 door locks re-keyed. I dropped them off at the shop (I don't like paying the house call fee) and they were done in about 2 hours, and he had locks to do before he got to me. The keys turned the locks like butter - no wiggle room at all. The locks all felt and operated better than when I brought them in. Prices are very good.

Steven not only greeted me with a friendly smile and demeanor, but he also went above and beyond with preparing my laser cut keys. He also made sure to inform me on how to properly test the keys, and that if there was any problems to bring them back so that he can fix them. I was also able to witness him greet customers waiting in line assuring them he'd be with them soon, while still taking care of my order. Very warm and friendly experience and I highly recommended this location.

I had a Kwikset Smartkey deadbolt that I needed to rekey, but had lost the working key. A couple of YouTube videos later about how to rekey without a working key, I gave it a try. Couldn’t get it to work, but did manage to get it jammed. Took it to Acme Locksmith at 12th st. and Glendale. Brian there said no problem, I can fix it. Upon returning, the lock was in perfect working order. Excellent company. You need to use these guys.

I contacted this company regarding not being able to open my digital safe. They asked for all information regarding the safe and said they'd get right back with me as soon as they gathered all the equipment they'd need to open my safe. Three days later I received an email saying that I'd need to contact a professional safe/ lock company and have my safe drilled. Which would have cost a minimum of $1,000.00, plus my safe would have been ruined, and I would have had to buy another one. Now, they advertise that they are a professional safe and lock company, but I guess they are not after all. Later that day I did speak to a lock smith that advised me to replace the keypad, which I ordered along with new lock on Amazon for $80.00. Once I installed it, my safe opened. This company by their own admission is not a professional safe & lock company. If I could give "minus" stars I would do so. They almost cost me thousands of dollars. In response to your reply, which I was able to reply to via email, I did indeed attach a copy of the email that I received from Acme-Phoenix. And as you can see it clearly states it is from Acme-Phoenix and that I would need to call A-Proffessional Locksmith in Chandler. If I could attach a copy here I would. Only because you are saying I am mistaken, which I certainly am not. I am as surprised as you are that I received such a reply from your company. That is why I thought it important to say so on my review. ***********I just noticed how to attach copy of the email I received from Acme-Phoenix.(see attached). Photo of email shows up on your "posts or photos i think. I also forwarded it to the email as you requested Robert. Also, I looked up and called your Phoenix office, so there's no mistaking it as a scam from some bogus company. I do hope things do get straightened out at your company.

I contacted this establishment to get my new door locks re-keyed. I spoke with a gentleman named Mike who said he could come by the next day to do the job. He texted me to confirm the appointment. I then got another call from Mike to let me know that one of his employees lives in our area and would be there the next morning if that worked for me. Wow...such service! I received a text letting me know that this gentleman would be arriving shortly. He arrived around 8am, re-keyed 5 locks, made two extra keys all within an hour. He was professional, and personable. I would recommend this establishment to friends and family.

When your key fob breaks...getting a replacement is such a headache. The dealership charges $150 or more just for programming the key fob. Plus you have to make an appointment and sit around for hours. Drew had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. For no where near what the dealership charges. Thanks again Drew!!!

I contacted ACME Locksmith to get some help getting a key made for an outdoor shed. The shed had a locking handle on it, but was there when I bought the house and I never got a key from the previous owners. So, the shed has just been unlocked for years. Unfortunately, someone decided to jump my wall and steal my bike from the shed recently. So I needed a solution. The process was so simple. Drew asked me to send over a pic of the lock I needed a key for and within minutes I got a reply that he could cut a key. The Phoenix shop is pretty close to my house and I drive over and had my new keys in less than 5 mins. Awesome service! Awesome staff! Just an overall awesome experience! I would recommend their services to anyone needing a locksmith.
