Nathan was GREAT!!! I bought a new Ford key fob for a spare. I took it to Ford and they couldn't program it to my original. I thought I would have to return it but decided to have a locksmith try and see what they could do. Well, Nathan did it. He got my spare reprogrammed and even cut the key. I didn't have to pay Ford to do it which would have cost a lot more. He is one of few who can even reprogram the NEWER key fobs. Thanks Nathan for the great service!!

We had a backyard shed at the house we rented that nobody could find the keys for. I called Nathan on a Tuesday and he called me back Wednesday (even though the recording said they’d be closed till that Saturday). He was our Friday, right on time, and was able to get into the shed and rekey the lock to match the house keys in about 20 minutes. The price was certainly reasonable.

The other night my wife and I drove 6 hours to get back to our home in PV. It was a really big shock when we got there at midnight and realized we didn’t have the keys to our house. We called Ace C&R, who came out quickly and got us into the house in no time for a reasonable cost. Hopefully we won’t have this problem again but I know who to call if we do.

We lost our key fob on Saturday in Tusayan near grand canyon where it is very very hard to find some one to make you a fob key especially on Easter and post. We were stuck up really bad because there was not much we could commute. On Monday we contacted Ace C&R solutions and they made a fob for us on Tuesday inspite of fact that he didn’t have parts he got it shipped over night on Monday and Tuesday it was done. And plus he drives from two hours distance ! Recommend to anyone. Genuinely awesome work and professionalism !

I wish there was a 6-star rating! I was stuck outside at night in the cold because even though I had my keys, the door lock mechanism on my motorhome had failed. I was expecting the worst, because few people know how to work on RVs. Nathan showed up right away like some superhero! He did meticulous surgery with a Dremel saw on the lock mechanism to extract the broken parts and he got my door open. He did it in such a way that the deadbolt still worked, and I was able to secure the door. Nathan then called me back that same evening with information about new parts. Very reasonable and skilled service, highly recommended.
