My experience was horrible. The staff did not have product knowledge they were very rude. The locksmith had my ignition for hrs. And didn't even touch it i had to call him i wouldn't recommend this service . very poor one out of five states Stars

Brought a watch in for a battery replacement, watched the guy struggle the whole time. After he was done he told me he thought he lost a piece and was gonna have to send it to "his guy". After looking at the watch it had lots of scratches and several tool marks (gouges) on the bottom and side of the watch. When brought to his attention he made one excuse after another. He said it was normal to scratch the watch and that he doesnt know why im upset because "it will get scratched anyway" after we argued he told me to leave. I took the watch to "his guy" who told me nothing could be done about the watch. He also said it was not normal to scratch the watch during battery installation. It was scratched because he did not have or use the right equipment or did not know what he was doing. Not to mention the back of the watch wasnt even installed all the way on. So i had to have another shop complete the repair. Trying to justify shotty work by saying its normal to damage something is not ok. Just because a watch "could" get scratched doesnt mean its ok for you to scratch it while working on it. Bottom line, do not take a watch here if you would like it to be returned in the same condition you brought it in.

FELIX QUOTED ME $45 FOR A CAR KEY PROGRAM ON THE PHONE. WHEN I GOT THERE, THE PRICE WANT UP TO $75 FOR WHAT HE JUST TOLD ME WAS $45!!!! UP-SALE SCAMMER. I IMMEDIATELY LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. WASTE OF TIME. PLUS, THIS STORE WAS A REAL MESS IN THE INSIDE A TON OF CLUTTER EVERYWHERE AND WAS IN A TERRIBLE AREA! SHEESH!!

Felix the "owner" is a completely lazy, incompetent, A-hole. I walked in and could immediately sense his misdirected arrogance. I pulled out my key blanks that I ordered online, and was told "nope, I won't cut those". When I asked why, he said "he doesn't want to". So I asked, "are you basically telling me you don't want to do your job", he said "yup". I then asked if he would recommend someone that would do their job and he replied with " I won't recommend anyone for you". Enough said. Will NEVER do business with this place, nor, will I let anyone I know do business with this place.
