I was in and out of this place in less than five minutes, and all I gave the nice lady to work with was a broken stub of a word down key that had been left over when it broke off in my ignition... I didn't expect much, but the friendly woman behind the counter made the service twice as valuable... I left with a smile and two keys. The lady was very rude yesterday . To day she wasnt any different. The man who came and helped me wasn't very nice either and when I asked for the invoice to sign he made me wait 10 mins. The service was just absolutely terrible and the attitudes were unnecessary.

One thing you can say is that Neil and company here KNOW their keys. Plus it's a hoot because they are all characters. Their new location is great. I work in commercial building maintenance and no matter the craziest keys or locks i bring them they can get me keys and service them for me.

Extremely rude, both father (Neil) and son. Asked them to rekey 4 locks-only 3 of the four worked. And you had to really fight one of the three to work. They forgot to put the plate back on the door jam and they accused me of taking it off. This is the rudest, most unfriendly business I have dealt with.

I love these guys! Sometimes I have to wait to be helped, but I can see they're in the middle of a project. I have used other places as Neil's is not always open when I need a key made, but the keys always have issues. These guys even made a key for a lockbox that I brought in! They've taught me how to keep our community gate lock working longer as well as which locks are best to use to hang in the weather & on a dirt road. Highly recommend! Glad they're moved closer to me!

I was very impressed by the one person that was on duty. She was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done related to my vehicle key problem. I thought I would need to,replace ignition switch, but was told it was not necessary.. Was told when you make copies of copies of keys, small changes happen from original key. Because of age of my truck, dealer no longer save key code. She knew what to do and took some notes and was able to make replacements keys. I liked her professionalism in working with me , along with the inexpensive cost for the service.

Excellent locksmith. Perfect key cuts and very affordable. I've got bad cuts at hardware stores and big box home improvement stores. Never again. I'll always enlist the help of a good locksmith. And Neil is a nice fella to boot.

Unprofessional on the telephone, the first time i called they put me on hold for 10 minutes, asked what I needed then said they had someone on other line took my number and never called back. I called again later and they were short, rude, and had an attitude on the phone. I don't know how anyone runs a business like this but I wouldn't use them.
