i highly recommend calling these guys, they are very professional and fast. I locked my keys and purse in my car after hours and they came very fast. They also have cheaper rates than any of the other companies that do this.

This service made us 4 specialty keys before normal business hours in the parking lot at Providence. The guy was super nice and accomodating. Best price by far of most places I called and so willing to work around our night nurse hours. I'll always use them from now on if the need for more keys arises.

They fit us in within a couple of hours to fix our ignition switch. The locksmith was very professional, quick, and nice. The price was quoted cheaper by at least $100 than other places in town, which we were super happy with. He then charges us HALF of his quoted price! We were very happy with the service and would go back for our needs.

Rebuilt ignition cylinder in my automobile for around $300. Dealer quoted $1300 parts and labor to replace with new one using genuine Honda parts, independent auto shop wanted $680 using after market parts. Much more affordable to have it rebuilt. Works great.

Apex really helped me last night. I was at the Providence Parking garage and lost my key to the "club" which was locked onto my steering wheel. I called multiple other lock out businesses and no one could help me. but Northstar Locksmith told me to call Apex and the couple who answered the phone were so sweet and were willing to help me. I went back to my car with flashlights and my co-worker and we found the key wedged in the back! We called them and they again were so wonderful! I put them at the top of my list and Northstar Locksmith! The only folks willing to help!

Absolutely amazing service! Son lost the back up key and called around to see if anyone could meet us at the high school to replace the key. Apex called back quickly and came out within the hour (others required it towed to be programmed, or couldn’t come out at all today). Price was the best as well and we left with 2 keys programmed to the van. Customer service was great, the man who came was professional and courteous and kindly asked to show an ID and registration (thankful for that too)! I will recommend this business to everyone. Especially our son.

He programmed a car key fob remote for my car, he got it taken care of even after running into a problem and solving it quickly by looking on his, only took a few minutes and asked for a lower payment since it didn't take very long at all. These people may be really good and amazing on price compared to the other 2 business in town but there respond rate is horrific. Called 8 times left 3 voice messages, no answer not even a pls hold. If you have time to wait a century for a response they will certainly not let you down.
