Terrible. Never showed up. When i called to ask why the operator told me that it was reported that my services was complete. I told her i been waiting for 45. Never got that call someone was in route. Than the lady told me she was going to send someone back out but it was gonna be $10 more because now it was consider after hours. So they wanted to charge me $70 to get my door open...never again

There were lots of locksmiths to choose from, but Pop-A-Lock had some great reviews, and I found out why: the locksmith came when he said he would, did what I asked very quickly and professionally, and had some friendly and useful tips for this newcomer in town. Before I knew it I had all five locks re-keyed, felt safer knowing I had the only key, and eliminated a wad of keys from my pocket. Way to go, Pop-A-Lock!!!

Very poor service. Worked on my car with broken tools for 30 minutes and still couldn't open my door. Technician stated he couldn't open Been waiting for 3 hours to get in my car.

Call ID 11622 I called Pop - A - Lock early on a Saturday Morning, locking my purse/money/keys inside my automobile. The lady on the other end of the said it would be up to 45 minutes before help would arrive, but they were on their way. Within 15 mins Curtis showed! Within 30 second he had my automobile UNLOCKED! Very professional, very nice - and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called at 8:23 am and was told some one would be here in 25 to 30 minutes. Well a hour passes and no call no did anyone show up. I called and was told someone would contact me, in a rude put out of their way kind of tone. Waited another 30 minutes and called again. I was told all she could do was send a message to the driver, and she couldn't tell me how much longer it would be. So I cancelled! This was some rediculously horrible customer service. I will never call this company again!!!

Prompt arrival, however the guy couldn’t unlock the door to my house after working on it for almost an hour. It was a standard residential door lock. Had to call another locksmith. He left mad because he couldn’t open the door and lost a service call fee..... maybe this isn’t the right line of work for him.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!! My insurance agency called POP A LOCK at 5pm.... they never showed up period. I did not get phone call from the technician. I called Pop A Lock THREE times and they never got in touch with the technician I waited 4 hours!!!!!! I then called my insurance agent they sent out another technician who was there in 45 minutes!!! This was uncalled for...I was stranded for 4 hours by myself... Du"ALL called got my exact location and unlocked my car within 45 minutes of my agency calling them!

I got a quote for minimum 125$ from a popalock locksmith. I thought what he was telling me wasn’t correct . I called Imperial locksmith got quote of 40$ a big difference. When you call popalock they only give you a first name no badge numbers or anyway report a problem. I couldn’t get a manager. If you can use someone else I highly recommend it.

I called today at 540 was quoted 30-45 minutes . 630 pm came with technician on site so I called back and was informed my technician went to another call instead of mine and would be another 45 minutes at best . This is not the first time this has happened with this company . I do not recommend them at all . Horrible customer service and communication ! It would have been different if they would have called and informed me or quoted me 1.5 hr til we get to you but this is not the case. I will never use them again. I called another company and had a tech on site within 4 minutes and was driving home in 30 minutes with a spare key made as well .

Person that answered the call said Ricky had just picked up my request and would call me soon. Never heard from him. Called another company for service and confirmed a time of arrival within minutes, and arrived on time and taken care of.

My insurance sent Pop-A-Lock to unlock the car for my daughter. They had a estimated time of arrival within 45 minutes. The driver called me and asked for the actual location and my daughter's phone number. I gave him the location and I also explained that her keys and phone is locked in the car. He replied "She ain't going nowhere!" He then arrived 45 minutes after the ETA schedule time. My daughter stated he looked as if he was under the influence. SMH. Some people don't deserve to be employed. I recommend the use of another local business for more reliable service.

Called this company because my 9yr old locked us out of our house on accident. Robert/Ricky showed up eventually in a Discount Locksmith truck. He was terrible. Could not unlock a standard door lock. But honestly he was not even trying. I have complained and have video and photos that show he tried to jab and phillips head screw driver into my door. A manager never called me back but he did have the nerve to text me and ask for the photos. Do not let this guy on your property. Wish I could attach my photos and video to this review.

Two weeks ago I called popalock. Charlie responded within the hour. He had to create a key for the car but first had to get into the car. On the first attempt to get into my car he accidently cracked my passengers side window. He assured me they would take care of it. "Oh yeah we garentee no damage." I'll order the window and give you a call". Then something went wrong on the first try the key didnt work. It took a really long time to get the second key made and it didn't really work well. Charlie said that when I came to have the window fixed he would make me a better key. He drained the battery in the process and had to jump the car off. I was very patient with all of this and none of it would necessitate a complaint EXCEPT that, he didnt call and when I called to inquire about the window I was told that it had been sent back. I was then told that it had been re ordered and would be in Monday. Charlie said he would call -he didn't I did-no window. Same thing for three days. I'm now waiting to see if Charlie and popalock are going to honor thier comittmit and make this right or if I am just being jerked around. Tomorrow will be two weeks of different and conflicting excuses everytime I call. I have always heard good things about popalock and have been very dissapointed with Charlie's inability or unwillingness to honor his word about the window. ***I have never been moved to point of having to post a negative review about something** And I will gladly post a follow up if and when my window is fixed.

I called Pop-A-Lock to fix our front door locks primarily because they had literally saved me when my grandson locked the doors in our car.. while IN the car! : \ The police called Pop-A-Lock and they came to my daughters' home and got the car unlocked quickly. When I asked them what I owed them, they said, "We never charge when a child is in the car". So -- when I needed a locksmith, I naturally called Pop-A-Lock. Little did I know I would be fortunate enough to get Rick, a highly skilled and willing technician - who quickly determined what was wrong with both my old, difficult front door lock AND my back troublesome newer lock. He was EXCELLENT and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Rick!!!
