Have had a biz acct for a few yrs now. Mostly deal with Kristin when it comes to our checking needs. She has been amazing. Easily accessible, never seems irritated at our hiccups and has always addressed our needs. I also have had 4 loans. 2 paid off and 2 open. The loan staff is very open, honest and do not feel as it seemed in other places as if you are bothering them with questions. I had lots. The down side if there is one, is they lack business loans, and the remote deposits require a completely different log in which is highly inconvenient. The website is a bit clunky but it works for us.

First off, working in the banking industry for over 2 years; I know how customers should be treated and THIS PLACE DOES NOT!!! Please do not waste your TIME, MONEY and ENERGY. GO to a different credit union or bank that values their customers. The workers here are very unprofessional, incompetent and confused (three things you do not want when dealing with YOUR money). Try Landmark or Guardian.....Brewery is Ghetto especially near the ending and first of the month.

This is the best financial institution I've ever dealt with! Period. I've never had any issues with my account. The staff (especially Shannon and Jamaal) is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Thanks to Brewery Credit Union for the ease and quickness of processing my new car loan. A loan which would not have been possible without them helping me to establish a bank account there several years ago, and becoming more financially responsible. I highly recommend opening an account there.

Stop Child Abuse in Milwaukee

Management is pretty inconsistent. Saying one thing the first visit then something completely different later on which causes us stress. Tellers are always very friendly and helpful though.

This has been my go to place ever since I was referred by a friend in 2011. Keith at Brewery is always helpful and the staff has been accommodating. Since I shop at the Outpost a lot it's also convenient for me that they have a branch there. I have all my accounts with Brewery now and I have no hesitation referring anyone to Keith or the credit union.

These people are so unprofessional and have no sense of care for other people money . Every time I call i get told mis information about my account / money . They charge you for questions or customer support but their staff always have an attitude to answer any questions , and don’t know what they are talking about . Every time I call I have to talk to a manager just to get the decent customer service. I will be contacting the president all of their repeat news to be fired

I have been a member of Brewery Credit Union for 10 years now. I absolutely love the credit union! They recently gave me my first mortgage loan (I close next week)! My favorite thing about the credit union is the staff. When I walk in, they all know me! I feel like they are caring and genuinely want to know about me and my life. I wouldn't bank anywhere else!

The teller was using the lane that had the ATM machine. Therefore everyone in their cars had to edit extra long just to use the ATM. Thus occurred on a Friday, one of the busiest days of the week. Please use the other lane next like the other banks do! Hey thanks!

I found a $3 "e-pay non-use fee" on my account. Turns out, it's a fee charged for using their electronic bill pay service. The only problem, I DO NOT use this service! I clicked on the Bill Pay link on their website to learn more about it, but NEVER signed up for it. I also WAS NOT informed that I would be charged!! In my book, this constitutes ABSOLUTE FRAUD. They did reverse the charge, but ONLY because I asked about the charge. Otherwise, I have no reason to believe that they would have reversed the charge. Also, when I called to talk to someone about IRAs. etc, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if I needed to make an appointment, and I was told to just come to the main branch. When I got there at 10:30am (NOT lunch time), there was a line 6 people deep and only 2 tellers working. A loan officer told me I would have to wait in line. When I protested, I was told the only person (1 person!) was busy and wouldn't be able to help me. When I protested FURTHER, I was told it would be 15 minutes. So I left and went to the Outpost location. Service at the Outpost was great for me, but not for the 8 people who were unfortunate enough to come in behind me, as the person who was helping me was a trainee, and that meant that the only other teller had to supervise, and was unable to help anyone else. Add in low interest rates, and this place is just a disaster. It's too bad, because I joined many years ago on principle, but cannot, in good conscience recommend the place.

I've been with the credit union for five years and have had mixed experiences with them. I was tired of my card being cancelled without warning and the variety of unexpected fees that'd creep up (they've personally taken around $500, and their habit of changing my card without warning worked up a good $1000 in late fees from other institutions), so I finally got around to closing the account. Except they didn't actually close the account, so now I am getting charged for being overdrawn, and the hours and locations are so inconvenient that I'm sure they'll get another $100 by the time I can get to them. Very nice staff, but my experiences have been, at best, mildly annoying.

Have helped me with loans as I needed them. They know me and there is a feeling of being part of a community. Interest rates are competitive. Even if service is sometimes irregular that is topped by the fact that I cannot think of any bank or large credit union that so many would know me as well as the folks at BCU.

Vey inconvenient locations and hours of operation. Very nice staff. My card never works i cant check my balance. I put money in my accout and can never get acess to it unless i go to a location. Really need to work on that

Customer service is terrible at the MLK branch. Terrible phone system, no email/online contact, constantly broken ATMs, ATM cards don't work, take way too long to clear checks and lots of bungles over the years.
