I had an awful experience with this store. Got not one but three broken Xbox’s within three days from them. Due to their no refund policy. They are selling broken items!!!!

Took a ps4 in to sell, one guy who had blonde hair who was obviously trying to look like Corey from pawn stars but he had glasses but still had the look and attitude that makes you wanna smack him upside the head offered me 50 bucks com on man.

Liars and thieves, tried to give me 25 dollars for a 32 inch flat screen , just because it was memorial day and all their competitors where closed, then told me my Google Chrome cast that I just bought for 40 on sale went for 10 bucks , liars and thieves , go anywhere else!!!!!!!

This place is a joke! I went to pawn my personal lap top and the guy told me I had to log out of all my accounts & take the password off my screen to log in to my computer! Why take the password off so someone can go get into it and look at stuff and take stuff off my computer & they said it’s taped up in a box & put on a shelf yeah that might be but I don’t trust anyone!!

this place is not worth the gas goin over there they don't even want to work with you on anything like I have a $2000 Samsung giga sound system and they only want to give a $100 I laugh in the guy face so if ask me this place any worth a damn so if you need money bad like for bills I won't go there

The first time my husband took his Rolex watch there they said the movement was off. They didn't have any Rolex watches at this time to compare it to. Then he was told to bring it up they could test the gold and would give him a thousand for it. So he brought it back and the guy had left and another employee said he didn't know why dude said that he doesn't have the authority to do that. So finally he gets a manager and everything is great looking on the watch but it doesn't have a blue tint on it so they don't know. Learn your product before you sell it. They don't know Rolex but claim to sell them. But the kicker is my husband has exchanged thousands of dollars with them. Bring a great customer has no value with them either. I used to like KV but not now

The service absolutely stinks,there was one guy there that was a lot of help until he took a job elsewhere, I stood in there looking at firearms for about 45 minutes and not once did I get any assistance,every single salesmen was at the counter cutting up laughing about something,I've bought several guns in the past,I've called several times and no answer, and aside from that which ever idiot is pricing the guns needs to be fired,that store just lost my business
