TD Bank Sumas Way. Abbotsford. Was given counterfeit $100. Customer Service Manager had smug attitude and blames the client for receiving the fake $100. Either the branch gave the fake money or a dirty teller is there. Always check your bills or ask the teller to verify, in front of you, that they are real. This will be reported to APD.

Dec. 9th 2018 - I'm quite frustrated that when I arrived to this location, in a rush to do a quick transaction, they had already closed although they had 10 minutes of open business hours left. I find this very unprofessional and I am quite disappointed with the outcome of this situation. If you state on your website that you are open until 4 pm, the doors should not be locked at 3:50 pm. There was not even a staff member inside closing, they had already left. Which makes me assume that they closed even earlier just so they could leave work. Not happy with this at all.

The staff and customer service is very good all the time. After hours is the issue. Since they have changed to the new pre-approval ATMs, depositing cash and cheques from my companies has become a nightmare. Bills and cheques are rejected routinely and even successful deposits take twice as long. Numerous feedback has led to no solutions other than resorting to night deposits. I asked corporate headquarters to see if they can revert back to the old machines until there is more Reliable technology here. For example today, no cheques were accepted!
