"Preferred lender" to Brookfield Homes, and we just closed on a new home build in 8/2019. They encourage you to use them with a $5,000 - $7,500 incentive, which they split up between the lender and builder. However, they jack up most of the legitimate fees AND also charge numerous exhorbitantly high JUNK FEES to make up for it. And they claim that there's NO flexibility AT ALL in terms of reducing ANY of those fees. ALL THE FEES ARE SUPER HIGH AND THERE'S SO MANY JUNK FEES!!! I definitely will avoid using them again.
