Very fast and efficient process. Shopped 2 other lenders. Integrity was significantly less expensive. Amir was very knowledgeable and helped me save some interest points. We did all this during the holidays and were ready to close right after Christmas, but the title company they use were out on vacation which forced a last minute surprise delay. Integrity gets 5 stars, but the title company pulls down overall score. Definitely will send family to them. Best rates. Honest up front staff. Plus your loan may be able to stay with a local company. A definite bonus.

They had an answer for all my questions and were preemptive in explaining everything from the beginning. Integrity was very genuine from the beginning, some of the places I visited early on to compare rates made me feel as if I was not wanted or they weren't interested in our business; not the case with Integrity First Lending. I did all of my paperwork and signing online except the very last step at closing, this was very convenient since I live (and purchased my home) over an hour away from Integrity's office. Best Lender Ever! My wife and I are in our mid 20's and we just purchased our very first home. I couldn't be more happy with Integrity Lending. Josh and Erin were so amazing to work with. I am an accountant and I will tell you that I did my research. When I spoke to Josh he was so informative and helpful. I didn't feel like he was trying to push me or anything. And honestly, they got me the best rate I could find and had the lowest closing costs. Then I started working with Erin and holy cow she helped us out a ton! If I had any questions about anything I would call her and she would explain it to me. I feel like I know a lot more about the lending process because of her. She was also very much on the ball. We had a very aggressive close date and she made it happen for us. She let us know what documents we needed to get and sign. She made it very easy for us too. I truly felt like they cared about our business and were looking out for us. Its now been two months later and I called them about a fraudulent charge on my credit card for an appraisal. They investigated it for me and let me know that the charge was not them. That's a small thing, but I was impressed because I already have my home, they don't need to impress me anymore, but they still took the time to help me out. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Josh or Erin if you can. They'll get the job done and ensure that it's as painless as possible.

Tori and Jennifer were great. They were completely on the ball with everything from start to finish for our refinance. Response time & communication were fantastic. The appraisal was scheduled within one week and the it came back just a few days later. From start to finish it took about 3 weeks to close even with a small snag with underwriting. They move so fast with everything that there was one document missed that wasn't caught until after the appraisal. We got it straightened out but it was a bit stressful for a few days as a result. Other than that it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Tori and Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or refinance their home.

I saw their billboard on the freeway with a low rate and we were looking to refinance our home. Jeremy was super quick and getting back with us the first week and then things went down hill. He was slow to get back with me after that week. I was calling and messaging him constantly because we wanted to lock in the rate and we hasn’t returning any emails or calls. Finally he called back then said he would have things taken care of but never did. He wouldn’t return phone calls or emails after that for a month. Can't say I'm impressed with the professionalism of Tori & Stephanie. It's a long story but I'm surprised they had the gall to ask me to change my two star review to a five star review when Tori couldn't maintain a professional attitude when my husband was offered a new job after we had found a house to put an offer in on. He wasn't going to turn down a job that paid more than 50% than his last job just because we were in the middle of a loan. In my experience at my workplace, I know that customers deserve to be treated with respect and a professional attitude no matter if there are speed bumps in their projects, whether they are unavoidable by the customer or not. I know it can be frustrating but it's not hard to keep your emotions to yourself when problems arise...assess the situation, come up with a solution, and go forward with it. If you're going to throw a fit, don't text the customer with rude remarks. Grow up. I'm 20 years old and I have never once acted like that towards one of my customers. Oh, and when you act like that, have the common sense to apologize and not just start talking to my husband to avoid me. I found it funny how Tori never got in touch with us again after that and just handed us off to other people that worked there. If I had the chance, I would have dropped this company the second I started getting nasty texts from Tori. However, the job did get done and I'm happy the service I received at the beginning of the process. They were very informative for a first time home buyer in the beginning. The lady who handled the rest of our job and stayed in touch with us was very nice but I can't remember her name.

I went with Integrity due to being least expensive & lowest fees. I interviewed with 3 other lenders all said appraisal was about 3 weeks out. Tori had mine in less than a week. Seller said they wanted to close asap, we were ready to close in about 3 weeks. We actually had to reschedule appraisal & drag our feet because seller could't be out of home soon enough. Very impressive. My realtor mentioned she was impressed with Integrity also. My only reason for 4 star is I didn't get keys until about 36 hours after closing. I was told by escrow up until closing & even the morning of I would get keys same day. Apparently 24-36 hours is normal with Integrity although other homes I've purchased in the past (with a different lender) provided keys at closing. I had to reschedule movers & extend my lease due to this which was a bummer. Other than that it was a fantastic experience.

Home buying is stressful. Building a home is even more stressful. And if I'm being honest, so is getting a mortgage. I don't have more than a handful of experiences getting mortgages because, well, I don't move very often. Dealing with Josh and Tori at Integrity was fairly painless. Yes, they asked for a lot of documentation, and yes, there was stress involved. But they handled everything well (even the seemingly inevitable bumps in the road) and things panned out well in the end. I'd love to say that they took a painful process and made it completely painless and easy, but that wouldn't be true. I still had to get all my tax records and bank statements to them. I still had to sign numerous documents. I still had to deal with the stress of the whole situation. What I can say is that they made it easier. (Plus I got as good of a rate as was available at the time.) They were willing to spend the time to answer ALL my questions (I'm not shy about asking LOTS of questions) and my occasional venting about the stress. So I won't tell you these guys are some sort of panacea - they're not, but I really don't think such a thing exists. But they're good at what they do, they listen, and they have competitive rates.

LIFE $AVER! – I am so glad I switched over to working with Jamie in the middle of an awful experience with a different lender. Thankfully he contacted me before I made a terrible mistake. Jamie was very professional and quick to process my Refi, it only took 12 days! He did a great job explaining the process and answering any of my questions, even questions I was just curious about. When it comes to refinancing there are lots of companies that offer this service but very few that look out for you. Jamie and his team (Heather and Richelle) at Integrity Lending did just that, they were transparent and had my best interest in mind which I was not getting elsewhere and I really appreciated it. I recently bought a new house and Jamie at the Integrity First Lending helped me to get my loan in two weeks. I was supposed to use the builder’s preferred lender as they offer me such big amount of credit. But the preferred lender had not contacted me around the time we needed to start talking about the loan process, so I had to contact and remind them to arrange my loan process. After that they failed to call me on time to discuss about the loan process and never promptly response to my request. Once I got their loan estimate, I found that there fees were much higher than other lenders so the credit was just smoke and mirrors. I put my information into Lending Tree and started to get an overwhelming amount of emails and phone calls from lenders all over the US. But Jamie was different. He never bothered me with phone calls or unnecessary emails. His email provided a loan estimate which was the most important info to me. I decided to talk to him to see if he could beat the preferred lender. He calculated the numbers and said with their lenders credit it was hard to beat the preferred lender. After that I had another round of negotiation with the preferred lender. Due to delayed response of the preferred lender I lost a good time window to lock the interest rate that I wanted. I decided to call Jamie again and at the same rate which the preferred lender offered me there was only a few hundred dollars difference between two of them. I decided to go with Jamie because he was so helpful to me during the time I was looking for a lender and good service is worth it to me. I only had two weeks to close my loan and it was such a short time for lenders to get it done. He acknowledged this to me and promised he would do his best to close it on time. During the process Jamie and their team requested all the documents from me and if there is missing one they informed me right away. If I sent emails with questions, they promptly responded to me and always helpful. Everything went smooth with Jamie and his team and they finished their part in only two weeks!!! I talked a lot about how good Jamie was during the process to my real estate agent and now I want to share my experience with Jamie with someone out there looking for a great loan officer.
