Love the extended hours and open Saturdays. The employees are a little TOO friendly, but I think they're just trying to help people that are new to the technology. I wish there were more of these.

Amazing! I love everything about this place, Close at 9pm, is really fast and easy to use and the staff are really friendly and very helpful! I love it.

I like walking into an AFCU to make withdrawals, get cashier's checks, etc. For a lot of things I need to do, I could just go to an ATM, but I go to the front counter and ask the teller, because it's more convenient and often faster. This place forces you to interact with a machine instead of a person, like an automated phone system. It's a frustrating, inefficient experience for me to yell "PAYMENTS" into a phone so that my internet company doesn't have to pay another person to help me. I felt similarly when I had to use a kiosk to type up my own cashier's check, slowly go from screen to screen choosing options. It wouldn't let me erase accidental letters in the middle of the word so I had to delete everything and start again. I would have loved to walk into this location and have a teller help me instead.

Extended hours are nice, especially since other locations open and close while I'm still at work, employe helped me right away, I don't have a card, but I had and my ID and account number, she was able to give me access to my account and help me make a payment

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I would highly advise against depositing cash at the "innovation center". If possible, I would recommend sticking to going into an actual branch and going through a real life teller. Yesterday, I attempted to deposit a large amount of cash into one of the ATMs located in the innovation center, only to have the machine shut down and restart in the middle of the counting process. The attendant that was assisting me with my deposit said he wasn't sure what happened and that they would have to research the issue. They were unable to give me an estimate as to how long it would take to resolve my issue. Not very reassuring for me! Meanwhile, I'm stuck with my cash deposit being in limbo and not being officially credited to my account until they can research/investigate and audit the machine. I wasn't given any receipt, only a verbal assurance that the issue could be resolved sometime next week. I know that it's not anyone's fault for the machine failing, but this process has definitely made me very weary of relying solely on a machine to replace the job of a person. TO BE CONTINUED as to how my issue gets resolved...

I feel personally harassed every time I enter this establishment. I told them so today when I went in. The manager proceeded to tell me it's his job to harass me and then cut me off to go help another customer like it wasn't important what I was saying. I'm not one to write a bad review if you don't deserve it either. I told them I'm not their friend and I feel like I have to defend myself from their barrage as I enter the door. My reasoning is this I tried to explain to the manager before he cut me off. We, meaning amfcu and myself are not friends, we are business associates. So you asking me personal questions as I enter your automatic teller machine center is a violation of my privacy and my rights, and has nothing to do with me needing help. If I needed help at the ATM I would ask for it believe me. The problem is this, if I wanted to wear one of your amfcu shirts and harass customers and look at their pin as they enter it I could do so easily because you have laid the ground work for the customers to accept my presence at the ATM as help. I feel like I need to tell them to back off every time I go in there and I shouldn't have too. I mean if you really think about it I am paying these guys to do this. Why? Because I need your consoling? Because you think me incapable? Because you want to cross the line between friend and business associate? Because you need to to trick me into thinking I'm your friend so I'll continue business with you? What is the point is my argument. Why don't you just wait in your office like normal banks and if a problem arises I'll call you over is my suggestion. I can't be the only one who feels their process is inappropriate and I know I'm not because I've had this conversation with other customers of amfcu that are my friends. It's dangerous to give us customers that sense of reassurance that they can trust anyone waiting in the lobby when I walk up to the ATM is my biggest issue in all of this. Unsafe. And I don't like paying them for it. Needs to stop.

Avoid this credit union like the plague! If you get locked out of your account using their app you will spend five phone calls and two hours to get back in after simply logging in three times with the wrong passcode!! you will spend hours trying to get back in for your mistake!! The app is junk!
