My wife and I came in to do a payday advance and we had our son with us who is autistic. While Josh was taking a application the Manger Amanda noticed that our son was getting restless, and went into the back and brought out a corn hole game and had him playing and we were able to finish our loan. They are great people and would recommend them to anyone .The manager let me use her phone to place the review . Thank you the William's family

Titles and loans company is one of the better ones that I have found so far they are very understanding and very fair was everything they do they make sure that you are happy and satisfied with everything and make sure that you understand everything the one thing that I don't like about it is that when things happen in your life that just don't work out the way it should it's it's hurts me very much so because I can't pay them back when it should pay them back and it's getting really hard I'm getting further and further behind but I know one thing they're very understanding about it and they can they have been understanding as much as I can be and I would like to be able to pay them off as soon as possible they are the best they are really are and there's no better loan company that you could go to for any kind of loan that you need but one but remember one thing they're always on your side and that always be there for you when you need them just be honest and tell them straight up how it is what it is and what's going on and make it work with you the best as they can work with you and I thank you very very much Tennessee Title Loans you keep going and keep going hard you've always got my support and I'm sorry that I cannot give you back my support but as soon as I can I will be there for you you are the greatest thank you so much and y'all have a blessed day and God bless all of you work for the Tennessee Title Loan company thank you so much

Disclaimer: This review is not on this store, but the company as a whole. This company is a joke. Everyone from district management all the way to the owner of the company. Do you seriously think it is professional and/or productive to insult and curse at your employees? Does screaming at them make them want to do their jobs any better? Management in this company uses bullying tactics against their employees, and in front of customers!! I would never do business with this company! They treat their employees like dirt and talk to them like dogs. I have never seen such poor management in my life! From what I have seen, their management tactics are bullying and borderline harassment. Steer away and get your loan from someone else!!

The people that work here are rude and the interest on these title loans are some of the highest around. I believe you get what you pay for so paying more to get a loan here I would expect them to be more professional but that is not the case. I advise any one that asks me to go anywhere else and to not waste your time here, its is not worth what you will pay.
