This is the third loan of this nature I have taken out (first time with lendio and Joe). We had some conscern about multiple credit inquirys that would drop our credit scores. Joe promised us one credit inqury and thats what he did. We also had some challenging issues to get a loan at all. Joe was great. He was always in contact with us. The entire process took about 3 days. He found us a great loan that was more than we had been offered anywhere else, with MUCH better terms. Above all, he was super honest and direct, which is (in my opinion from exp) rare. I highly recommend using Joe at lendio. There is a sea of brokers and lenders out there, and they all just want your money. I really felt like Joe took the time to meet my needs and get me the best loan possible. He has my business in the future for certain.
