Stopped in the bank yesterday to withdraw cash and apply for a auto loan. The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I filled out my application online in the office to get started. Mike Kluth the Consumer Loan Officer at this branch was also a pleasure to work with. I was financed for the car I wanted and behind the wheel the same day. Thanks to everyone at Dakotaland FCU.

I just got off the phone with a women I was helping a customer with her account who has a Hispanic accent this customer speaks English fluently! And perfectly fine! This bank rep literally spoke to her like she was mentally incapable of speaking she spoke to her like a child! Literally asked if she wore glasses
