This company is garbage. I have dealt with them for over a year. After being injured at work they said they could "work" with me concerning one month's payment and then turned me inner to collections. I am going to pay this balance off and never do any business with this company again. A good payment history means nothing to these people. This transpired on January 4, 2019 After calling and speaking with Candy on January 23, 2019 concerning my inability to make a scheduled payment that was due on January 21, 2019 ( in addition to the vehicle now being totalled), Candy informed me that Carolina Best Loans will file criminal charges against me. This is the worst experience ever. If I had no intention to take care of my financial responsibility, I would have never called to communicate the situation. I am completely amazed by the fact that a business would threaten to have me arrested because of these unfortunate things are that have happened.
