My experience with Perennial Funding was very unsatisfactory throughout most of the process. The promise of a quick and painless process came after we submitted all the necessary information, or so we thought. The process dragged on for months. Communication decreased as the process went on, taking longer and longer. Then in the end there were undisclosed fees that were unreasonable and more than anyone else estimated for us. All attempts to rectify this have ended with lack of communication and passing the blame. So sad.

I said I didn't want to give my SSN for receiving a quote from them and he said that I said I didn't want to give my SSN for pulling my credit score. What a dumb. We didn't talk over the phone. It was all written communication through emails.

What a big let down!!! They called us and went over are sistuation ( which was what we seen as impossible ) but was convinced we could do this refinancing. Started in November as we gathered all information we were told by Raj said looks like we could get this done before Christmas and we'd have some extra money for christmas so time went on and then we got Collin then things went down hill from there. Every time we got our information together another obstacle and when i called collin got his voicemail, i left a message. Day 1 goes by no return call. Called again and left message, no call back so then i emailed collin, then he calls with another obstacle. Get that done and again waiting for collin to let me know whats going on. I would call collin and say please if u cant help us then let me know but please return my call. Then he call with another obstacle after obstacle. So 4 months and over 1,000 dollars later we gave up. It should have never taken this long for a refinance. I think collin needs to know more about VA loans. We had our hopes up so high and now it feels like the bottom fell out from under us. In the end collin couldnt even call us , he emailed us which is very unprofessional in our eyes.

I recently refinanced my first mortgage using Perennial Funding. I attempted to do this months earlier using a different broker who attempted to get my loan approved with a company called loan Depot. I was told by my former broker not a problem, they can do my loan, however the day before closing they decided that I didn't have enough value between two loans because my house was slightly under water. Loan Depot knew this on day 1....but waited until the day before closing to let my former broker know that they couldn't do this loan. Thank God I found perennial funding the broker Ryan Shaughnessy was outstanding, easy to work with, and made himself available to answer a question even after hours. I recommend Ryan to all clients seeking to get a a mortgage. Ryan Shaughnessy at perennial funding has many banks his company works with and they have many programs so even a difficult challenge most likely can get done. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't use Loan Depot they really are terrible I have had two bad experiences with that company in the last 6 months I will never use them. Bottom line my feedback is real and this company was really good.
