Honestly the best loan experience I have ever had by far. Robyn's team is super fast and efficient. I was well informed through the entire process.

I needed to downsize from my rather large home to something smaller. Unexpectedly my large home sold quicker than I expected and I only had 10 days to move. I had obtained a preapproval from Summit in about 45 mins previously for the amount I wanted to spend. As time came to move every thing had to happen quickly. Summit managed handling my VA Home loan quicker than I have ever known of it being managed before. Most paper work was online and I was in my new place within 3 days of the move out. I was simply amazed at how smoothly and quick this was processed. I haved used a number of mortgage services in the past but it was always complicated and slowed by constant meetings to sign papers. Not Summit, I absoultly praise their service and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Summit.
