Do not use this location of rapid Cash. After declining my check cashing request they refused 2 give me my application back they're for stealing my personal information that's not how I do business and I don't expect anybody else to do business that way either they were very rude

Clerks are always curteous and helpful. Usually they get you in and out quickly which is very nice. Went in on a Saturday for the first time and only two clerks were working. One of the clerks looked at me so I thought she was going to assist me, instead she disappeared for the rest of the 20 minutes I waited in line. The one clerk was doing her damnest to multi task and actually was assisting 3 people all by herself. Line was so long and people were complaining. She did a great job by herself but that was rediculous for the weekend before July 4th.

Every time I talk with someone never can give a straight answer. Rosie was the one i worked with when i went in to get the loan and she was rude and can not explain things well at all. Very Vague And everything is annoying and funny when you ask her questions. Super unprofessional, just asked a simple yes or no question and she could not answer.

For the most part a very smooth experience, unless you get there when they are busy and only 2 people working... the phone calls are rediculus.. they need a call center, cause phone calls get first served, which is bs.. first come, first served.. otherwise good service

My roommate and I went to rapid cash to cash our deposit refund check on saturday. The lady working there was very rude. And she also showed my social security number to me right in front of my roommate. She's completely unprofessional. They wanted to charge us over $10 for cashing a check after making us fill out our personal information. We didn't want to cash our check there anymore but they wouldn't let us take our personal information with us. Which includes our address, why do they need that information to cash a check? They don't! We went to walmart and spent $3 to cash our check.

We called in to our local Rapid Cash this morning to make my one and only I get a female employee who when I asked to clarify the higher amount totally went off on my husband. All we were trying to do was to understand if it was a flat fee or by the day charge. Granted, I should have remembered but was caught off guard and wanted to clarify. She absolutely WENT off on him and began telling him how he was being unprofessional. She would not shut up long enough for him to get a word in edge wise then she hung up on him. I sure hope that they pull the call and find out just how rude and unprofessional she was. Wehave used Rapid Cash in the past and it's been great. I do not know where they got this piece of work from...but they need to get rid of her. There are so many more places out there to choose from and if I ever need to utilize a payday loan in the future...it will DEFINTELY NOT BE RAPID CASH! Called back to a different local location and asked for their corporate number. After much reluctance the employee gave it to me. The lady who answered sounded like she was half asleep and I tried verifying with her that it was even Rapid Cash. Stay FAR AWAY! I will NEVER use them again.

They are very fast after your first loan. If u have all your info with you your first time it will only take about 15 min or less. The Lady's are all very professional and friendly. When/if needed, I will continue to use them in the future.
