It was great working with Eric Larson and his Team at Northwest Private Lending. We needed funds to close a great deal in 5 days and they stepped up with just a phone call and explaining the deal and the property involved. At the end of the first phone call we had a “Let’s make this Deal Happen”. A few more calls on details and did I mention two of the days were a weekend and we were signing paperwork and closing a great Deal. We have used a lot of Private Money over the years but I would have to say this was quick and the Team at Northwest Private Lending was wonderful to work with.We look forward to using them in the future.

I met Eric through a realtor, I'm always skeptical of people in general and from my first conversation with Eric all my apprehensions were put at ease. Eric advised that he felt that he wasn't the best person to fund my loan, but in my heart he WAS! See sometimes it's not about 1 or 2 percent in savings on a loan, it's about customer service and ones word. Not only were we able to work out a loan that served us both, but I saw proffessionalism at its finest, his whole team is spectacular, they leave no stone unturned and are so efficient that I honestly was doubtful anyone could pull of what they said they could. I feel that when I call NWPL that I am not a number or a paycheck, I am a person that they work hard to serve. I thought this deal would probably be dead due to the fact there was not enough time to fund. Eric assured me that they could get it done within the time limit we had left on the contract. Eric Larsen is above reproach as a business owner and investor. He is extremely conservative in his investments, which make us feel safe with our money. There is never any pressure to invest. He simply gives us an opportunity as loans become available. We've had several investments with him and have never been disappointed. He communicates the exact details of the investment as far as what we can expect with return on our investment, timeline, etc. He is also friendly, personable and approachable. His office manager, Michelle, is on top of every detail as well. They make a great team!

Within a few hours I get a call from Eric Larson the President while he was on vacation with his family in California.
