I would not recommend this company at all. They (I dealt with Casey) failed to get everything they needed from me in a timely and professional manner--instead, they did it piecemeal, drawn out over weeks due to sloppy oversights. They falsely claimed it was due to the risk adverse marketplace that exists now. Well, certainly you will be more closely scrutinized these days, but that doesn't excuse the poor organizational skills and lack of professionalism they displayed. One of many examples is Casey calling me, asking me to re-fax some paperwork he lost, requiring me to take time away from work, only to have him call later and say, "Oh, we found it misfiled in your file." Wouldn't you think they'd have looked for it more closely BEFORE calling to bother the client? In addition, they failed to get everything needed before the loan went through. That's right--after they handed over the money, their loan sales department came back and asked me for more paperwork that they failed to get beforehand, essentially asking me to help them sell my loan! Are you kidding me? This place is very unprofessional and will be a headache to you--go elsewhere.
