We are first time home buyers and we couldn't have chosen a better mortgage loan company to go through. Not only was melisa and sierra helpful they walked us through the WHOLE thing. They didn't leave any rock unturned for us. They even speeded up the process for us since my husband was leaving for school a little before the closing. We had initially gone through another lender out of state and they could only get us approved for 130,000, but when we went with APM they were able to work with us and get us 200,000 to build our own home.
