I had a really positive experience working with Sandra. I would and will work with her again in the future. My experience went so smoothly I really don't have a lot to say, from first offer to close, it took only 17 days. I was so happy to get my first home!

Katie McMeen and the team at Academy Mortgage are by far the best! We were 1st time homebuyers and had absolutely no idea what we were doing or what a lot of things meant going into the process. Katie consistently kept us well informed and on top of that has one of the best personalities! Working with her and the team at Academy made our home buying process seriously a dream come true!

Be careful, and do research. By my own fault I didn't, and academy sold my loan servicing to one of the top 5 worst lenders in the country, then acted like they wanted to resolve the issue, and left me hanging. This was my mistake, and it cost me over a year, and almost $2,000 to get it taken care of. I would not recommend using this company for any purchase or refinance

I was going to use my credit union for my mortgage but after a poor experience, my agent recommended Sandra. From the start it was a complete 180 from what I experienced previously. She gave me honest answers all my questions and went well beyond my expectations in responsiveness, even when trying to make an offer around a weekend. Every part of the process was smoother than I thought it would be, and I'm thankful - having all finances in order was exactly what I wanted and needed. I definitely recommend Sandra whether you are a newbie or experienced!
